Hi, can someone help, I had approx 2000 shares when trading ceased. My trading account (with ii) has in addition 2967 open offer shares, with nil value. How do I go about taking these up and what is the cost as I can't find the info anywhere, I have accepted the egm resolutions via ii but cannot see anything re open offer. Thanks.

The following was posted on TLSA stocktwits this evening. Dont know how true or accurate it is.

TLSA University of Connecticut researchers just announced very compelling findings that the Amyloid proteins that Foralumab targets are the primary cause of Alzheimer’s Disease. If the research holds up to scrutiny, and Foralumab gets through phase 3, you will see 50x-100x.

So that’s why the stock is up.

Jb, yes I've put the full THG holding to convert. Makes sense now, I've been looking at relative values of each entity and thinking by taking ingenuity on a 1-1 basis I would have residual value from THG rather than the rebalancing following the demerger. Now I just need to hope ingenuity thrives before listing. Appreciate the input from you guys.

Thanks guys, ye, my option was to take an ingenuity share for each THG share I owned. I expected my current holding in THG therefore to reduce but it's like there has been no change to my holding other than the company changing from THG to the hut.com and the fact I can't actually trade it.

I should also mention my Thg shares that are now 'the hut.com' shares are untradeable.

Hope someone can shed some light on this as I don't know if I'm the only one with this issue.

I picked option 2, exchange thg shares for ingenuity entitlement but to date with interactive investor my account shows no record of ingenuity holding (I realise it's not market listed) either in my isa or trading account and my ISA THG holding is now showing as 'the hut.com' with my initial THG shareholding still the same as it had been pre demerger.

I've contacted ii but they have referred me to my corporate actions which state by 16th January allocations will have been settled.

Anyone else got or had a similar issue?

It would appear that with ii (whom i'm with) if you do nothing; default option you continue to hold accustem albeit they are not able to be traded currently. It does state should they not list on a platform able to be held in an ISA then action may be needed further down the line.
Don't see any point in moving out of my ISA into trading account as I cannot trade them anyhow, by opting to switch to ADRs then they would be sold, so IMO if you wish to keep hold to await Nasdaq listing then you do not need to do anything (default option).

Pat, I made a point in June 2019, cant help but think we are being played big time. Given the upcoming eskom tenders, a feel the company will raise money as part of jse listing to fast track mokopane. Just shows how long this has been going on, I thought 20p was cheap but went too far for too long now to not raise suspicion.
