And now the we see confirmation the board has reduced their holding after taking part in the tender. Come the 31st an announcement will be made they have reduced the amount of shares on sale.. Which should lead to some rapid buying, possibly beginning on Monday..

So RG did take part in the tender, reducing his shares in the company.

The maximum aggregate number of Ordinary Shares that could be purchased pursuant to the Tender Offer was 26,250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.1891 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The Tender Price was 80 pence per Ordinary Share.
