It’s pretty clear from the way the sp dropped to under 6p that their forecasts were not maintaining their initial in line targets, with updates ceasing in April. A suspiciously timely partnership gets announced a few weeks before a possible PW to land next week. Basically you have to say well played to management in an undesirable position. Could have saved the day from a horribly cheap takeover. The diagnostics are a no brainer. Unfortunately a lot of money got wasted along the way. They do also have more debt than this raise hopes to achieve. Not exactly out of the woods but at least they have a stronger hand with this partnership

They have already stated the placing was over subscribed..

No, this will get eventually return to around 11p or more. RSI is indicators suggest then stock is oversold.

They were in a takeover situation a couple of years back, the SP rose to around 30p or so.
