I was thinking the same and I'm still very broad brush re analysis of this company. However I have been back through all the announcements I can find and been through as many transcripts of interviews with the CEO. In relation to your comment and the first very obvious thing (that I hadn't realised from my initial search) is this isn't a european company. It's a US company with a US based CEO. He's very polished in a very US way (if you've spent any time in the states you'll know what I mean!). The AIM listing was just a convenient way to raise capital in a less stringent regulatory environment. The way AIM is going that might not always be the case but that's another story and by then this may have been absorbed back into a Nasdaq listing, probably bought out. There's been a good 150 mill dollars poured into R and D and approvals/patents etc. Almost certainly processes that were longer and more capital intensive than envisaged. I would say, and it is very broad brush, that the focus has now shifted very firmly to commercialisation. There's been cost cutting to align with the new phase of development and this is a similar road this very slick CEO has navigated before

Doesn't matter either way. I have a long position with this particular stock. The share price is following it's usual trend 6/9p. Nothing will change dramatically until they can show higher revenues and lower cash burns. Or more major collaborations.
