Just to be completely pedantic. And also to reflect my complete lack of a business background. Would payment terms for Croda impinge on receipt of revenue? I seem to remember SOH (with regard to Opti) saying some firms get 90 days... Is that from invoicing? Sales order received? Would appreciate thoughts even though this maybe a schoolboy question. ☺️Thanks.

Ok, very difficult to judge because of the low volume, erratic movements and illiquid exchange. But SP definitely going in the right direction. Fingers crossed emoji.

And this despite the lack of regular news and loss of trust in CEO (re wanting to take private last year).

It is always frustrating that we never (rarely) seem to get a mention in relevant articles in main stream media.

They (Opti) were doing a trial with a London weight loss clinic. Think mentioned in one of the HY/FY updates. Nothing on this since.

In SOH's chat with Elric before Christmas, SOH said that "they" (when talking about Morepen) have a blogger with 2.5m followers. Could be good, but I have no idea if that will affect sales. Guess we'll find out next year, when hopefully we will have a good year's worth of Morepen revenue. But lots of £s being put into marketing for this by both Opti and Morepen.

Mol , completely agree the website is poor. The news items are very out of date, even notwithstanding Opti's very slow progress.

Bit of buying interest today. Ok, not loads of money but better than usual. I agree not ideal to have most of our eggs in the Seed basket at present, but hopefully this will change. Even so, good increase in revenues, but costs (staff) rising too.

AS and mol thanks. I'm afraid I have no experience of patents and their filing. I see SOH and two academics (S Kolida and Luis Gosalbez) are listed as inventors. So who owns the patent? Pbx, Opti , individuals? Could it be awkward?

AS, have you any ideas why patent would go through SOH, please?

Sunday, the science behind SlimBiome has been there for years. It's the commercialisation that's been lacking. Deals have been signed, announced and bring in small revenues, then seem to disappear. No real accumulation of revenues. Hopefully Morepen is the start of bigger and sustained revenue. And one day Sweetbiotix will be commercialised too!

Thanks for posting, bk. As you say , may help Sweet. And on the subject of US, SOH said a big deal was close there for SlimBiome. This was in pre Xmas chat with Small Co Champion (EL). This chat is open access if anyone is interested.

Those last two sentences are extremely harsh. Personal insults add nothing to the points you make .

Being Denmark based might not be great for business with US. Given Trump's outrageous designs on Greenland.

The Morepen deal seems to be very good and apparently other similar deals in India and America could be on the way. (SOH recent chat with EL).

As for Sweetbiotix, a long and winding road. We were promised products last year. SOH says 4 months behind . (Behind what? I'm not sure). Says been trialling with tea and coffee. Problems dealing with large companies, who move slowly, change key personnel and have other priorities. But happy to mention the likes of Pepsi.

I have stuck with this share for about 6 years and will continue to do so. But I'm very much in the "I'll believe it when I see it" camp now.

Agree, good interview. Female presenter didn't hold back with her questions. CEO seemed to know his stuff.
