Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Aandi - you make fair points but I am starting to have doubts. Great technology, potential contribution to green energy and even good idea to eventually just license the tech. BUT... Timescale, cost, revenue, profit????
Don't think this has been posted from NF minutes late July
"
i. Biomass plant—update: Wade Wheeler gave a report. Some work is being done.
There are no extensions to the financing for the completion. However, PG&E has given
us until August 2023, to take advantage of the agreed upon pricing. There is a State of
California grant/loan available."
Not great for anyone working on NF, California.

No doubt this is a nervous time for holders. But plenty buying (as well as selling) today. I still believe in the tech and the basic philosophy of turning waste into energy. But, I too, am desperate to see a small project (in S Europe) come on line. Must be a priority.
Skid - it does seem like increase in vol/SP preceeded announcement. As you say, just based on numbers. All we had prior was the Annual Report which, to me, included nothing new.
As SOH was doing II before or at same time as AR perhaps they were persuaded by his positivity??
In a nutshell, its not clear to me. SP started to rise around time of Annual Report, but that was just confirmation of what we knew. SOH has apparently been talking to II recently. Further hope around SweetBiotix and joint development agreement signed with Firmenich (DSM). But nothing concrete suggesting imminent increase in revenue/margin/profit. To my eyes at least. But I'm no expert just held for a few years now. However sentiment does seem very positive.
