As the current works involve the use of cranes, there is a possibility of some delay if the high winds that have been forecast actually arrive. Just something to bear in mind during this phase.

My understanding of the RNS was that the money raised was for 201.301 and 101. As they are supposedly trying to make a deal with regards to 401 is it not possible that 401 is considered covered in isolation as part of the deal/arrangements in discussion. This is just a thought and as I am not a dealmaker I don't fully understand how these things work. This is not offered as an excuse for the disappointment in having more shares issued but as a possible scenario. Feel free to shoot me down but it is merely a thought.

With reference to Salmon Sandwich post, I did see the council paperwork ref the EWT and that had a table of the process including the qty of vehicles to be permitted. Unfortunately I cannot find this info again , but, I have found a bit of info on the HORSE HILL DEVELOPENT website that mentions 5-10 vehicles during the EWT stage. I stand to be corrected though. I do remember that there is to be no vehicle movement on a Sunday and restricted to half day on Saturdays. Hope this helps.

Having watched the last video, I am afraid that GM came across as someone who didn't want to be there. There appeared to be no enthusiasm in his voice and it just seemed to be reiteration of past mantras. I am fully aware that this is a time consuming business and there is paperwork involved but I would have expected a slightly more upbeat manner. No doubt I will be ****ged off as a non holder, shorter, or troublemaker but that's how the man came across to me. I do hold this stock, not as many as a lot of people, but have been here for a few years now and my view has hardened as to what to expect. Still hoping I am wrong and will be happy to admit so.

Hully, before the howling jackals and p*ss takers latch on, the Portland and Kimmeridge are not separate locations but different geological levels that can be drilled via the same drilling shaft. If you look at the post he made at 12.44 he was merely raising points regarding the port, palletisation and financing and it developed from there ref Jumelles etc. The original post in my view was fair and considered, and I don't think it warranted some of the bitterness that resulted. Have a lovely weekend everyone and hopefully news next week from the company will help us all in our understanding of exactly where things stand.

A sound post Mitch, as a small scale investor I am somewhat baffled by the animosity towards Mr Bateman just because he raised valid questions.

Hopefully the person writing it had been overcome with the excitement of having to write the next RNS about the Chinese meetings, and got confused.

I personally wouldn't set too much store by the Crystallisation phrase, its been quoted by Saatu on other occasions. Hopefully if outside agencies are being brought in they will bring a more effective business approach. Still holding after many years so I may have a more cynical view than others. Still hoping though.

I think its just LSE putting an A in front of parts of the RNS. If you read it on ADVFN it reads as GBP 126000. Much clearer .

Jayejordan The RNS quotes the number of shares in issue following the admission of the 14million, the number to be used by shareholders in determining price and values.

My apologies to you Teesoff. Having just read the RNS before reading your figures I was concerned that I had misread and then saw lejibs post which had the figures I had seen, prompting my remark querying as to where you had got your figures. We all seem to be on same song sheet now so no problems.
