Thanks for the reply Cowichan, I just interpreted the special resolution as being of not normal procedures.

Cowichan, please excuse a novice but it appears that special resolution 9 at the AGM was reference market purchase of ordinary shares. Is this the same as you were talking about as it appears to have been passed and they can purchase up to 10%. As it was a special resolution I am assuming it wasn't a renewal of permission, or have I got it all wrong. Your view appreciated.

I am confused now, my shares are valued at £4.03 p each on my account so where does 4p come from?

Further to my last I have just looked at my Selftrade account and it ha CRV at 403 and a bit pence.

Weapon, I hope its a lot more than 5p! As I understand it the price is in dollars. Could be wrong but hope not.

A nice amendment to the Non Exec Directors holdings, now stated that he has 950,000 not as stated before as 350,000. Got his own interests as well as ours.

Had a quick look on the other BB (A"""N) and noticed that CRV are in auction and yet no trades have been conducted, can any kind person please enlighten me as to how this occurs please.

Is it sold or for sale? I know its the offices of Craven but I am not too sure what is being implied here. I googled it and it appears in several estate agents sites.

Hi TC where are you able to sell thousands? I tried to offload my small holding of 499 this morning and was not able to with selftrade, in hindsight with a little movement this afternoon that's probably a good thing. When the time comes when I do want to sell I hope I am able to.

Hi Choska , I am on Virgin at home, same problem on 3 Dongle, if they are using BT infrastructure it is possible. Still not good , the only thing is that ADVFN on the same laptop and therefore same network still reports correctly. Oh well that's life as they say.

Can anyone tell me if there is a problem with LSE? All my watchlist is Yellow, yet on ADVFN there is a 7.5% rise in this stock, and some others down a tad. Much appreciated.
