The fact that DG is stepping down can only mean one thing. He would not have had to go if the deal was not proceeding ie no on-going relationship no on-going breach of trust. He has only had to go because they have agreed to proceed.

This is a different CEO role. It is not operational ie no manufacturing and it is not a huge staff. The RNS is clear .. to allow an orderly handover. So it is making sure the latest conversations with outside parties are documented and provided to the exec chairman and all records are up to date ie contact details for all NFX business. And the opportunity for all contacts to be introduced to the new management. The resignation RNS’s have all been low key a simple thank you. I wonder whether the Kissei leak in October (which was more than likely a 3rd party who betrayed the confidence I have someone in mind ) has undermined the trust between the two managements and it has caused some issues in progress. That could mean fairly rapid progress in July if all due diligence is now complete.

Focus of the discussion was on lung scarring post Covid in some patients. It is now a more severe problem for the NHS post Covid and it was not a priority pre-Covid as the problem is under-resourced. Not much focus on solutions and they did not have evidence as to whether the condition of those suffering would Deteriorate or would stay constant. No doubt this is a global problem with an increase in fibrosis issues.
As far as Dan goes I thought he had shareholders interests in mind as he is one. Interesting that he is leaving now. Agree share numbers have increased 18% but that is not the dilution as they have contributed 40p a share you cannot ignore the funds. Net dilution is 4.1%
