Agree £2 at I would sell. Why with the Wood Apollo bids it was clear each time how much Apollo was offering. I don't believe a figure for THG was ever disclosed.

Agree, at what price would some of his 65% sell their shares? What price would tempt the 35 % PI Holders to sell their shares to Apollo?

He company has issued a statement which said its board had considered the three proposed bids from Apollo and rejected them. Wood said that the offers from Apollo undervalued the company's future prospects.

@okehurst I have been watching this BB for a while now. Your knowledge and understanding of issues are genuinely outstanding. Keep it up! ( PS I am not a city spy, shorter ramper dumper just a plain old engineer who has a few quid in THG)

MM speaks a lot of sense in his Linkedin post. Shame nothing will be done as the old boy's network in the city makes money from manipulation. Will it ever change? Probably not.
