I dont see why this should not hit .40 very soon, because with the news expect any time soon, this is an absolute bargain for investors to see huge returns. I would understand if the deal was off the table but its not, its just a matter of time. It also appears that we have got rid of the impatient investors and we should start seeing an increase from investors who want to see a good result. This is a bargain IMO
