I was very pleased with the interview today, I think you learn a lot more from the body language in these things than the details, and I found Ian to be very relaxed with no signs of being disingenuous.
I was pleased he dodged the questions on margins. I think if you show your hand in that regard it gives the power to the buyers in terms of other contract negotiations. If he turned around and said "50% margins", you know that other potentially buyers would squeeze that downwards.
