If the idea was even viable, someone half decent would be copying it already, and doing it a damn sight faster and better. There are no barrier to entries here except a decent app and website which dish clearly don't have.

Important to note that he said that Institutional investors were not to blame for recent price movements, just PIs being PIs.

When IIs aren't buying or selling we all become far more important as WE are the market then and it's so easy for retail investors to get spooked when they are lead to believe a corporation with £100k's invested in selling out their holdings as a) it will significantly impact the share price and b) could show/be construed as showing a lack of faith in ORPH.

Hopefully Cathal addressing this will put a firebreak in that way of thinking.

Julie, not right. I cached the old HVO site in the internet time machine and they held 21,249,382 which when mutipled by the 2.47 ORPH shares for each HVO, is exactly the number on the ORPH site.

Speaking of selling orph, I wonder what Cathal would take right now. Strictly speaking ANY offer above market cap has to be put to a vote, is that right? Obviously an accompanying RNS can say whether the chairman and board supports the offer and I guess could factor in selling off (etc) non core assets prior to sale(?)

Precisely right, Whistler, as testing out in public becomes less viable due to very low infection rates, Human Challenge Studies become more and more following. As a long term holder and someone who plans to hold until the bitter end, I don't really care about falls and rises in the short term but firmly believe the truth will out in the form of contracts and treat these drops as a chance to drop up when I have funds free, as I happened to have today.

My focus is on CF to secure extra facilities, under whatever terms he deems fit; to me this is more important than Immutex.
