Greatland will be Antipa’s largest shareholder and own Telfer the only drinking hole in town. I think Antipa will go thirsty before GGP.

Give them their due Antipa are trying to put a brave face on it but GGP are the ones in “a position of power”.

Do Greatland need to buy Antipa or do Greatland as good as already own Antipa without doing anything.

Yep it will be interesting to see the resource update for Telfer. In the meantime once the ownership of Telfer is officially transferred wonder if it would be possible that we might get drilling results and some guidance prior to the resource update.

Me being a bit unsociable if anyone asks me about my investments and Greatland Gold in particular, when they say “So they’re a miner then?” I can just simply say “Yes” instead of feeling duty bound to waffle on about being a developer and Joint Venture’s and Newcrest and then Newmont etc., etc.

Miner? Yes! Simple.

Earlier today I was listening to a podcast featuring Antipa’s CEO and I have to keep checking if I’ve got my facts straight. I’m under the impression Greatland are about to become Antipa’s largest shareholder. Coupled with the Telfer situation, if I’m right I wouldn’t like to be in Antipa’s shoes trying to “negotiate” with GGP.

Yep Syd, it isn’t hard to argue GGP is in a much better position with better growth opportunities than De Grey.Maybe I’m biased. What would it take for De Grey to double their market cap from here, compared to what would it take GGP? Maybe the ASX listing will be what it takes to better highlight the apparent disparity, we shall see.

This is what’s been stated about the “Base Case Technical Value of Telfer & Havieron (per SRK Competent Persons Report)”

“SRK’s Technical value for Telfer and Havieron indicates significant value from the integrated project using conservative assumptions without considering upside opportunities”

So they haven’t over egged the pudding in fact the opposite they’ve erred on the cautious side. The proof will be in the pudding.

In another 14 days time I will have owned GGP shares for 7 years, from what I first invested in to being a significant gold producer with decades of production in front of it ain’t bad going for 7 years. Just like the discovery and proving up of Havieron the next chapter should be extremely beneficial. The die is cast.

The PPE supplier to Telfer must be doing good business of late should have bought shares in them.First the change from Newcrest to Newmont and now…… unless that’s the reason Shaun Day’s been working 20 hours a day 7 days a week, sewing Greatland patches over all the Newmont logo’s on overalls etc. Does the night shifts PPE in the day and the day shifts in the evening.

My understanding on a 10 to 1 consolidation the most you could lose would be 9 shares.
