I tend to agree, Leap would get more in the open market for sure, IMG will want to drive a fairly hard bargain I would think

One of the main ones is IMG arena stating that the virtual products are there's especially the official virtual products
The fact that IMG do not have a license for virtual sports or casino
Leap have and now have the UK license for each
Also that there is a Leap Sales Deck in existence created by IMG with there name all over it saying it is there virtual suite powered by Leap

Why does market not like UOG, a lot of non producing companies are valued around there mcap which is based pretty much on assets, they are not even doing that with UOG
