If you are truly invested here, the I have put two posts to Edd on twitter, like and retreat them to Edd, it's about time we had some clarity on the Leap/Fralis structure and revenue

Just checked the Leap Ltd Malta accounts
Revenue is Software Licence royalty fees and revenue from set up and customisation fess - NO gaming revenue
2017 - 1 Employee - no salary or wages cost in accounts
2018 - 1 Employee - no salary or wages cost in accounts
2019 - 1 Employee - Salary/wages 5,476 euros
2020 - 1 Employee - Salary/Wages 32,221 euros

So imo employees and all associated costs are in Fralis as is the gaming revenue, why it is still split in this way !!

They are available on the malta exchange for 5 euros
It was £1.2m in 2020 so as the previous rns said they expected more than double in 21

The other 49+ employees and all the gaming revenue is in Fralis

I think we are now seeing the sell off from the around 5p buyers who thought something was happening asap (as did I tbh) but as Edd has said it will be this year, they are taking there profit and will probably come back later

IMO the sale to IMG is nailed on but probably will now coincide with the Openbet deal going through which IMG have said is now Q3
