I have worked out quite a few Skittish, but its hard work and very complicated Eqtec for example
11.7.18 Short Term Loan Cuart/YA/RGO $3.2m - £2.4m we invested £300k so we are circa 12.5%
Warrants issued to lenders totaled 114,646,452
These were then surrendered in a reprofiled agreement 1.6.20 and 191,000,000 issued in there place ex price 0.375
These were exercised 19.6.20 and admitted to trade 26.6.20
Eqtec sp around the 26.6.20 was 0.75
so if I am correct !! our 12.5% of 191,000,000 = 23,875,000 exercised at 0.375 = £89,531
Sold around at 0.72 (RGO Rns states 92% profit) so sold for circa £171900
Profit £82K
I agree Tim, IES 3,170,058 shares that I can find that includes the warrants exercised on 6.1.21 and 27.1.21
SP was 230 on 21 Dec, gone down since as you say, but that will be the figure in the RGO 2020 accounts
On the warrants update Whitehawk warrants were up 49% above warrant price, Whitehawk sp at the time of the RNS was .10AUD it is now .31AUD so these warrants are now up over 300%, I havent been able to track down if they have been exercised though
From the Warrants Update RNS we held warrants in 23 Companies, I have found 14 so far
PIRI
Tanzanian Gold
Whitehawk Ltd
Artemis Resources
Canadian Overseas Petroleum
Lions Bay Capital
Amur Minerals
Deeepverge
Infrastrata
ORCP
Jubilee Metals
IES
Ascent Resources
Kodal
On 2020 full results RNS it should get to 2p they should be very good
I hope they leave a gap between announcing those and Q1 results as they are looking fantastic
Poppyseed, I read the PIRI rns earlier interesting and a hell of a deal, I would think we have must have warrants as well
Below is an extract from the IES admission doc, what is you via on the warrants last section at 2.15p
Is the exercise price really 2.15p ?
Riverfort Investment Agreement
An Investment Agreement between (1) the Company, (2) YA II PN, Ltd, and (3) Riverfort Global
Opportunities PCC Limited dated 13 March 2020 pursuant to which YA 11 PN, Ltd and Riverfort
Global Opportunities PCC Limited agree to lend £3.0 million (the “Principal Amount”) to the
Company (the “Riverfort Facility”).
The Riverfort Facility incurs interest at a rate of 12 per cent. per annum and is subject to a 2.5 per
cent. commitment fee on the Principal Amount and a drawdown fee of 5 per cent. in respect of
each advance. The commitment fee can be satisfied by the issue of Ordinary Shares. The
Principal Amount is advanced in tranches over the 18 month period following Admission.
The Principal Amount and all interest accrued is convertible into Ordinary Shares in the Company
at the lower of (i) 90 per cent. of the volume weighted average price in the ten days immediately
preceding the date of the relevant conversion notice; and (ii) 130 per cent. of the volume
weighted average price for the five days immediately prior to the relevant advance.
In addition the Company has agreed to issue, at drawdown, warrants over Ordinary Shares equal
to 50 per cent. of the Principal Amount, exercisable over a period of four years at a price of
2.15 pence per Ordinary Share.
And we will have approx1% via our holding in Piri
Still a seller in the background though, got to be cleared soon
RGO info
£1,500,000 Share subscription deed 50/50 with YA II PN Ltd in Oracle Power
£600,000 has already been converted into 105,650,425 shares at an averaged sp of 0.567
250,000,000 warrants at 2p, optimistic!! You never know especially if Thar Block V1 goes ahead
Following on from warrant update 6.8.20
Whitehawk was +49%
now circa +320%
Artemis was +231%
now circa +200%
COPL was +442%
now circa +375%
On 30 sept 20 there shares in Piri were worth circa £1.2M excluding warrants
On 31 Dec 20 they were worth circa £1.6m
But I am sure anyone invested in RGO knows this
Hopefully the seller/sellers are done and the buying starts
Intrigued to see the TR1s
1m buy just gone through as well
And in IES on 6.1.21 and 27.1.21
Unsure if they have then sold them or not
Poopy/Nick that is good news then other than the dilution
They do seem to have been exercising warrants in some companies though, I have been trying to track down the 23 Companies mentioned in the warrant RNS - found 11 so far, hard work !!
Pretty sure we exercised warrants in Jubilee Metals on the 7.12.20 and 12.2.21, the price of 6.12p matches with the JLP RNS back on 9.1.18
I think it is original stake 26149993 + approx 6800000 warrants gives 22.8%
Yes looks like we still have the same amount of shares at 18.2%
If you look at the Piri Rns since Jan there have been lots of warrants exercised at 4p which I am sure ours were
I think we have exercised our 10m warrants hence the rns states previous position 22.8% which must be our original standard plus the warrants
Sounds like a kids blow up dingy from argos would suffice
I'm out at a substantial loss
We will find out soon enough the quant will have a TR1
Correction jarvis were already down to 40m so its probably them
So if we assume that is one seller, they had 38m or more shares before starting to sell, so I believe it is one of these 3
Jarvis securities had 77m
Premier fund managers had 98m
Hargreaves hale had 117m
No one else I can find had more that 38m
Obv someone selling keeping this back for now, not to worry, keep accumulating until the results come out in May I would think
Q4 20 looking very good
Q1 21 looking fantastic so far
