Boepd throughout 21 was above 2000
Forecast for 22 is less and Q1 was 1567
Without me having to dig around why has it dropped ?

I think what he is trying to say is nav may be 25p, sp probably not and the mass of long term holders on here will be making a dash for the exit door so it may be very hard to sell
If fairness if I had been here for 5-7 years as some claim and somehow missed the 2 or 3 chances to get out at a decent profit I would probably be depressed as well !!(:

From my perspective the pf now is extremely good with a lot of potential.
The issue imo is Leap and the numerous delays to IPO (if it is IPO) or M&A and the lack of transparency with the Fralis element of the Leap accounts, the Malta accounts are available and are very promising.
Also I do not know the technicalities of Ed being on the Leap board, but the fact that none of the BOD other than Lance and Ian have any shares is also a minus.

It will be interesting to see if once Leap the Leap deal is done, ED excercises his options at 19p and 25p !!

This selling is utter madness imo, can only be people who have run out of patience
The recent Eurox rns confirmed that they are worth half our present mcap
At these levels you are either getting Leap for free or if you count Leap at 9m then pretty much the whole of the pf for free

I think it was a bit of a panic by IMG
They have not been on there for a while at all and the virtual portfolio document was only added in ICE week

So a bit of info to digest

IMGs website keeps saying THERE virtual portfolio, how will they run that without a license to do so

They also appear to be running 2 near identical websites, if you search Img arena casino it takes you to a slightly different website that under the virtuals tab also has a casino tab which features all the Leap games
Under the virtuals tab at the bottom is a new section with IMGs virtual portfolio which are all Leap virtuals

Given the IMG website updates last week imo the licenses are the last part of the puzzle
It appears it will be Leap led as in all games will go through there server
Whether IMG will own Leap who knows

Ok I would think/hope it is round the $500k/month
circa 50 employees is a lot of mouths to feed, I have experience of that level of company but not in the same field as Leap
We needed revenue of £5m to make money
Leap have not had to borrow money to my knowledge and had a top up $250k back in June 20
Obviously the recent S1.2m in November 21 but I think I know what at least some of that was for and that imo was when the way forward with Leap was agreed and that is the plan they are now following

In the rns 22.6.20 which has some GGR percentages, they also stated Leap had signed 30 new deals up to May 20

Since May 20 they have signed 22 new deals (and imo a lot better ones Playtech/888sport/Stoixman/Betano/Delasport/Everymatrix/Relax)

Also they have gained the Greece and Romanian Licenses
Swedish certification (the announcement of that also mentions Netherlands, Italy and Spain, which have not been seperately announced)

Also interestingly you may or may not have noticed that the next penalty kick game coming out says it is certified MGA, UK, Gibraltar and Isle of Man !!

Fralis

Last GGR figure to my knowledge was in July 18 RNS, the figures were to DEC 17
$537,548 GGR revenue and $5,575,101 in assets (all in US $ )
These are definately Fralis figures as they are in $ and do not align with the Leap Ltd 2017 figures.

So if you apply the snippets of GGR yoy % growth we have had mentioned in rns's since that date, I get a GGR figure of about $5m

Leap Ltd had assets of 2.074M euros in Dec 17, in Dec 20 they are 3.7m Euros so an increase of 80% in the 3 years

Fralis had assets of $5.6m in Dec 17 so on the same basis as above now $10.8m

Lets have a positivity day for a change !!
So what do we know for sure , license revenue to Dec 20 was 1.2M Euros that was an increase of 120% over 2019
Recent RNS stated license revenue double that of 2020 so lets go for 2.5m Euros
Only one employee in Leap Ltd so the rest and the GGR is in Fralis

Not going to argue over 0.17p Reefles, we are all there or there abouts
