I agree GH, UOG is still making money and will still continue to do so at the 1500-1650 boepd average for the year.
Our previous full year revenue estimates are going to be out imo as I certainly factored in 1900 boepd for H2 as did you I assume.
Revenue by the look of it should as a minimum be similar to last year circa 20m

What is mentioned in the yearly reports is the well production declining at historic rates, what I cannot find is what that rate is, production last year was over 2000 boepd with no new wells taken into account it now appears to be closer to 1100 boepd thats a 50% deline, that cannot be right surely

I think what no one here expected including myself was the decline in the Q2 boepd
I was expecting a pleasant increase from the Q1 1567 with the addition of whatever ASD2 was producing potentially up to an additional 462 boepd

So I guess the main questions are
Did the Q1 wells drop production by circa 400 boepd
Is that all it will drop this year ie is it now set at around 1100 for the rest of 2022
How much of the 1552 Q2 was contributed to by ASD2 (potentially up to 462 boepd)

I dont like the wording/statement that the full year guidance 1500-1650 includes production from the current wells and contributions from two development wells AJ-14 and ASH-4

I think the below if a fairly big clue to timescales

· The Term Loan attracts interest of 10% per annum, payable on the 6 April 2023, being the repayment date

· The Term Loan is repayable as follows:

o immediately on the Leap completing any Qualifying Financing (including (i) in one or more transactions (aggregated over a period of 12 months), raising equity capital of greater than €1,000,000 from existing or new investors; or (ii) completing an initial public offer of its shares (including by way of reverse takeover transaction or similar); or (iii) a sale of any assets of Leap realising proceeds greater than € 250,000

Problem is post something totally factual and new, most of the time it's completely ignored and you all just squabble between yourselves

Still trying to get my head around the Fralis/Leap Gaming /Leap Ltd mix, but am now 99% that this is correct as of Dec 2020
Leap Ltd (registered in Malta) is not leap Gaming, its Parent Company is Fralis LLC (trading as Leap Gaming)
Fralis LLC is owned by SEED, Francliss (Yariv) TMHC (I think they are now out) and IMG Media Ltd

The 250K loan in June 20 did not go into Leap Ltd Malta, in fact in 2020 Leap Ltd reduced there loan with the parent company Fralis LLC
I would bet that the 1.2m loan Nov 21 and recent 250K loan did no go into Leap Ltd either
