Absolutely zilch to do with CPX other than Director full disclosure notification.Housekeeping. A separate LTD company went into receivership and had insufficient assets to cover any interest element potentially due to those specific creditors.Deal struck to repay capital only.End of.
Oh dear......I smell psychobabble. Nuff said.

Your repetitive posts are starting to read like some form of subliminal message and tutorship,re-stating the blindingly obvious.I make that at least 6 or 7 similarly structured posts with the same balance and weighting.
There are a good number of experienced investors here who know their catalysts, technicals (which mean very little on current volumes) and fundamentals thank you very much.Appreciate your opinion but the repetitiveness is getting a little tiresome.Let`s see what news brings shall we.
Cheers
Head over there and the CPX thread by Yorgi and the post dated 5th Feb from Allenby to one of the advfn posters and client of Allenby.Thoughts of Allenby on the Maxwell sale and correlations with CPX.
probably best at age 99......you just don`t need it do you.Cheers and best of luck.
What a mature adult-like way of arguing your corner.........not.
Aha VRS......no harm in promoting another one of your horses in the race.CPX are,of course, leading edge themselves and do love a "world's first" product launch. Yep, Tesla has definitely added some acquisitional spice to the sector. If I was in AK's shoes, I would be doing cartwheels to increase the Mcap before someone comes a knocking..... Cheers.
I trust these cutting edge companies are not in breach of our comprehensive suite of patents. Still, always good to to have competition in your space.Endorses the fact that you are operating in a healthy, vibrant sector. Still, would be interested to know who these competitors are.Do you have some detail ?
DTM.....Respect.At least you are honest enough to admit that you want the SP lower to accumulate more.I prefer that direct approach to some of the BS that appears on this board. Personally, I sit confidently in the non-twitchy camp awaiting positive news development and an SP on the up....... Cheers.
Maxwell sells ultracapacitor cells to General Motors Co and Volkswagen AG subsidiary Lamborghini, its website showed. Ultracapacitors store electricity and complement battery cells. Panasonic is the exclusive battery cell supplier for Tesla, which in turn is Panasonic’s biggest EV battery client. The Japanese electronics firm also makes types of ultracapacitors. Industry analysts in Japan pointed to Panasonic’s outlook as the main source of investor concern on Tuesday, saying the Maxwell deal’s impact on Panasonic was as yet unclear. “The latest earnings have revealed how tough the situation is for Panasonic,” said analyst Masahiko Ishino at Tokai Tokyo Research Center. The Maxwell deal comes as Panasonic is set to lose its exclusivity with Tesla, whose Chief Executive Elon Musk said the U.S. EV maker plans to source battery cells locally for a new car factory in Shanghai, “most likely from several companies.” Interesting dilemma for those 3 manufacturers.........
Shining a light on the SC sector is good for the industry.I wonder how many of their following competitors will now be pondering their next strategic move:- BMW, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Ford Motor Co., General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar / Land Rover, Kia, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Volvo plus good old Dyson who is doing the off to Singapore but turning his hand to the odd electric vehicle or two. Seems to me that we sit very nicely with outstanding tech and a much valued suite of patents. All of this will cost a great deal more than a 50% premium over current SP. All in all represents some very good reasoning for AK to start building the Mcap asap.......
Quilter loading up and crossing a reportable threshold only 2 weeks ago.FACT..... A calm, knowledgeable ii with a buying strategy.......good enough for me. I will concede that some formal news would not go amiss though.
DTM..yes an II is accumulating, that is a cold hard fact and, clearly, good news. The rest is pure speculation in terms of CPX Directors.CPX is,of course, signed up to Aim rules and regs so significant material business changing news has to be Rns'd in good time. Therefore, news on significant new business should drop when contracts complete and not be held back at the whim of Directors.Allenby have responsibilities to discharge in this respect. Conclusion, news can drop at any time.....
Normally goes missing for a few days when he can't answer a question and waits for the questioner to have forgotten. He is very prone to regurgitate his regurgitations so play him at his own game and keep banging away with your questions, when he reappears, until he answers them or disappears again. Someone asked him recently why he didn't partake in the AGM call and pose some questions for the board........ A great opportunity you would think, for someone who spends virtually everyday of his life,on this BB,complaining.Still awaiting a response ........... On far more important things, good to see continued decent buying........follow the money....
I do enjoy an II strategic buying endorsement ! They generally know what they are doing and are frequently quite "timely" with their buying when reportable thresholds are exceeded.Let`s see shall we........Follow the money........
Canaries. Shockingly sad to see that the one man band show has been operating in various guises across the bb over Xmas....enough said about that. Plenty of smart, value investors about who understand where we currently sit in the general scheme of things versus the chronically low SP. Bring on 2019 when POTENTIAL is converted into pound notes ! Off for a nice boat trip.....Good luck all genuine investors and LTHs.........
I'm pretty sure JI sorry J(h)I that the odds on CPX coming good shortly are far shorter than the odds on you choosing that combination of initials for your avatar, if you know what I mean......nudge nudge wink wink. Now,I wonder who flogged £80k of shares last week ahead of the anticipated Brexit vote and then immediately set about talking down the SP for this week ......keep talking and I will keep buying. Cheers.
Spot on Denace/Hayashi.......
I think he caveated it with..............as long as they are not a pair of speedos...ughhh
Warren Buffet also said "be greedy when others are fearful"....
CPX has bagged from 3p to 16p in the last couple of years and will do so again as and when the deals referred to today, hit. That could be in 6 months or tomorrow.Stay tuned....
