Humble....the cash position looks healthy but until AK spells out the impact of the income slippage then it's guesswork as per usual.1.75m of the cash reserve is supposed to fund expansion.....is this gonna be part eroded to bridge cashflow ? Why has AK had to go scuttling off for a month to review his clients numbers ? He should be on the ball and this info shd have been available at interims. The market wants certainty not see you in a month with potential bad news.Hardly surprising the SP has been hammered.Looks like he has been sent off by the IIs to get it sorted.Still , I would have a guess that the last placees no longer have an average of 8.5p..... I want this SP up and AK and co have to be a lot sharper and finally convert the potential into a meaningful shareholder return. He has had plenty of time now. My position is unchanged.I continue to hold but until I get some certainty on the short/long-term direction then no further top-ups. Cheers Aimho
Let's see how we go today Surprised.Nice to see some buying volume yesterday but still 6% down.We need some catalysts for any signs of a reversal to hold. Over to you AK. My opinion etc etc
Naughty naughty PC01......subliminal messages re 3.85p.You don't want anyone thinking you are late to the party here on behalf of an II......ha ha. See, I just sent a subliminal message as well.Easy innit.......... Yes, I thought it a little unconventional, shall we say, for you to commit in public to a pre-notified purchase when the SP has been firmly in a downward trend.Maybe just caught up in the moment.Makes sense to keep some of your powder dry. Cheers
What happened to the "manning up" with rest of the 500,000 at 6p PC01 ? Re-think ?
Cheers
"In the short-term, the degree of current worldwide economic uncertainty may result in some delays as to when certain of the identified projects within the pipeline may proceed to mass production. Projects are not being cancelled, but are at risk of slippage in terms of the timing of when initial orders were expected to be received. This is a common finding when negotiating with third-parties in the electronic components industry. It is too early to determine the effect that any such timing slippage may have on the results for the second half of the current financial year. "
On the face of it,cash reserves look ok but the impact of the above is an unknown variable. We still have to cover fundamental costs during income slippage.
Surprised.....it would be nice if the TA could be relied upon but with little or no volume the indicators can be distorted eitherway with a couple of buys or sells. Not a single moving average (simple or exponential) is throwing off a buy signal to support oversold TA,across long term or short term charts (Daily weekly monthly or 5 hour). The reason traders are not all over this is that there are no signals that we will not continue in a downward trend irrespective of being in oversold territory currently.Until positive news or we move further down to clear buying signals then, regrettably, I see little upward movement on the SP other than a few MM or II orchestrated moves.
Away from the TA, I have been a very strong bullish advocate of CPX and AK for years and whilst I continue to hold it will not be through rose-tinted glasses. So,I will not be topping up down here until I get clarity from AK in terms of the impact of this "slippage" of orders mentioned in the RNS,on cashflow and cash reserves and our ability to fund new contracts and how we propose to do it.If we win a couple of sizeable contracts, they will need funding.I`m assuming he will not be looking to completely run down his cash reserves.Until,I get some short-term direction on this plus new licences then I am stuck in neutral.Whatever news he brings in April will obviously impact th SP one way or another. We know there is likely "slippage" on income,I just hope there is some news to counter-balance.
AIMHO
Good luck all genuine LTHs
* to the benefit of the obvious benefactors..... Long day
You may well be right DTM...... Just hope he arrives in the UK clutching more than a boomerang and a can of Fosters. The attempted rout of PI's continues to the obvious benefactors. You either hold your nerve or sell during the next month.I will keep the faith f.t.b. The Games of Aim.......
This is starting to feel grim very grim.Never thought I would be saying that ! AK needs rabbits and hats sharpish ! If I see another red sell before close, this laptop will find itself in the garden and the house will be minus 2 patio doors.....
Appreciate the comprehensive and "interesting" (ha ha) response PC01.Boring tag been firmly despatched to the "Dusty bin". After throwing your £50k hat in to the ring at 8.5p, I would imagine you would be expecting a very decent return on the intended £30k at 6p. I'm sure AK will have given serious thought as to how to fund expansion particularly with no debt on the balance sheet. So perhaps a mix of debt/equity although the previous placing participants will no doubt be chomping at the bit for more equity at current sp levels ! Once again, appreciate the input. Cheers
I'm assuming PC01 that, as you are loading up on stock, you and your "mate" would have a little sprinkling of confidence that AK will arrive with good news clutching a contract with 2 parties signature on it ? It goes without saying that I recognise this would be pure guesswork on your behalf......
Good theory Humble......
Parkez.......Here`s the advice you gave someone this morning.....
"non so blind as those that will not see"
Say no more.
Cheers
Join your own dots Parkez..............................
Cheers
DTM...I agree with your points 1) and 2) and general direction but It's not CPX Directors doing the accumulating.Join the dots............. The positive is that accumulating is going on and there will be good reason for that..... AIMO
The games on Aim as you say Surprised.....very intriguing just sitting back and watching the comments and moves play out. Now who was it that said that substantially more pound notes were offered to CPX at 7p at last placing ? AK kindly refused the offer.hmmmmm.......... Neutral interims , being played as per usual.
Very interesting PC01. Still, an excellent share to hold in your PORTFOLIO don't you think ? And good to hear that you have the ear of the "large holders" in the know. Must settle the nerves down for you particularly with this afternoon's mysterious selling down of the bid. All fun and GAMES eh........ Cheers
Bid dropped swiftly and spread widened for accumulation. What do you think PC01 ?

Exactly TT and Sarnia. AK & Co will be gearing up for something with this historic house cleansing exercise. I would be making sure all is nice and dandy for anyone undertaking due diligence and keeping a nice clear path to maximising full Co. value.Only a small piece of the jigsaw and interested to see what the other plays are. SP at current value represents exceptional value ! All imho Cheers.
