I mainly use technical analysis. First I will look at Fibonacci's then I will draw out trend lines and look at levels

If that doesn't pull anything out I use stochastic indicators with SAR and various other combinations of indicators or varying time scales

Remember David has gone guilty so straight to sentencing. I would imagine that any hard evidence directly implicating PFC would already be "in the bag" and charges already brought. As this is not the case its feels like the SFO are urinating in the wind and my opinion is strengthen by the truculent RNS tone!

Its my guess that the SFO need a guilty on these at Crown before even charging PFC directly.

If any PFC evidence is circumstantial or all monies are channelled through Unaoil and these 4 get acquitted then the SFO have no chance versus PFC

It says to me the SFO know that things are not continuing in the same manner as previously alleged! Also they have purposely avoided directly implicating PFC

It's also interesting to note that all payments deemed as corrupt where offers, with no payments being made. The difficult part for the SFO is now proving any of the spotlighted actual payments listed, are in fact corrupt, in part or total. Note actual payments are referenced as payments and NOT corrupt payments!

Snige I have that feeling. They will only go after a cert and now they have a "winner" they wouldn't want to lose a case on the back of this.

For me the tone in that RNS has changed. If guilty, a DPA would be best but I cant see it after today's RNS!

From a really bad memory I think they can only bring a DPA pre charges??

PS as hes gone guilty and is awaiting sentencing, unless he's done a deal (taken into account on sentencing) he's very unlikely to now implicate anyone else directly

Can someone clarify PFC's position. Until today on the SFO's site they had NOT charged anyone directly from PFC. Now under PFC on the SFO website is David Lufkin

However the board issue an RNS stating "The SFO has chosen to bring charges against a former employee of a subsidiary company". (Note subsidiary company)

They also then throw down the gauntlet " It has deliberately not chosen to charge any Group company or any other officer or employee. In the absence of any charge or credible evidence,", challenging direct action against PFC

So the question is, in the sentencing of David Lufkin can any penalties be levied against PFC as from what I can gather not as yet?
