I meant Amigos as shareholders will buy NSF shares once their Scheme is approved and share price multiplies. Amigo company taking over NSF not an option for sure. More can see Provident trying to buy Trust Two or George Banco from NSF.

Perhaps Amigos will buy NSF when their company wins the Scheme. They will realise profits and move some free money here, if of course NSF price is still low as now.

I would say that Peel Hunt is keeping the lid on the share price allowing Alchemy and N. Utley to bid for a company at discounted price once the redress amount is known to public. Utley is the shareholder in Peel Hunt and Alchemy with Peel Hunt were together trying to take over Countrywide last year making this scenario very possible.

I just cannot understand why it is so low and why the market makers allowed it to drift to 10m. Just don't get it. FCA 16m likely redress just doesn't justify mcap at this level.

I just can't understand why and how long it can stay at feckin 6p (18m mcap) when they hold GBP78m cash, are 80% operational with loans book 300m. Redress 15.8m is peanuts. Long term holders must be really depressed about this. My guess the reason for the sp to stay low is mainly BoD who said 'fundraising will be required to arrwnghtwd balance sheet' and probably Peel Hunt keeping the sp low. Only serious buying can turn this for good I suppose.

What I see very similar between Alchemy's approach to NSF as to Countrywide is the fundraising.
Same as NSF, the Countrywide told shareholders that they will issue more shares and Alchemy that time was a shareholder. Peel Hunt was involved too.
Why Alchemy failed to take over Countrywide was the new buyer who placed a bid for the entire company before the fundraising took place!

I also remember Alchemy tried to buy cheap Countrywide in 2020 but the other Fund started bidding higher and higher and finally Alchemy had to pass.
I think that PEEL HUNT & Neil Utley playing together. Utley is a shareholder at PH.
What is their agenda? Probably to take over business cheap right after the FCA news or after the Rights Issue. So I assume the RI wont be an open offer but only available to the existing shareholders.
