Sometimes when children lack attention as they grow up even into adulthood, their behaviour becomes ingrained. I do believe that some of the comments are based on individuals needs to comply and seek attention. Changing someone's name is just childish and makes me laugh inside. What can you do, but to ignore.

@Mr A, I understand that. I am personally not heavily invested although Avacta is one of my most liked stocks. Despite that, I have to agree with Myles's opinion and his analysis which he uses to back up his opinion. The fact that he provides decent analysis is the difference between someone making off the cuff comments and someone who is able to think things through. I for one appreciate it.

@Mr A. We are aware of the situation with Medusa, and also the comments made by the CEO regarding supply and demand, which is quite positive and we are now aware that they are scaling up. What this tells us is that the demand is there, however, what we can't comment on is whether there is FOMO. With regards for the need to know, I would rather have concrete meaningful news later on. Avacta will no doubt have news on Affidx sales prior to any acquisition offers (that we can be sure of). Looks like a very positive few months ahead.

@CodeJunkie, I'm aware he's referring to his entry (most likely), that's putting the price approx. 15x from here.

On a side note, having said that, I personally believe that it could achieve a lot more. AVA6000 will apply a great amount of buy pressure and I'm estimating that should the initial PK come back positive this will open the door to multiple other drugs and expand the chemotherapy market substantially. With that in mind, I believe that Avacta will become an acquisition target and can not imagine it going for less than 50x from our current position. The diagnostics sector will allow (with conservatively low est. of Affidx sales) for a strong negotiating position.

A 100x for a share is phenomenal and I believe that he may well achieve this.

It just goes to show that future outbreaks of covid-19 variants as well as other zoonotic viruses is a real possibility and LFT testing with rapid adaptability like Avactas test are a must for the future.

I have to agree with Myles on this point and expect there to be data released before the end of the year. This looks like very exciting times ahead.

Good points Hurst and Howzaty. The demand is huge and it's a case of scaling up, which Avacta is in the process of doing.

Avacta have RNS'd 26 times in 12 months, I'm not sure what people are expecting. Unfortunately, there are too many newbies who don't know what they are doing and expect much more. A lot of them end up on the green filter list.

Chris Kempczinski, a lovely man with deep understanding of fast food and burgers. As we all know the CEO of any company spends most of their time focusing on the minutiae. They love these kind of questions because they prefer to take their eyes off the bigger picture.

Finally a decent question. Yes AND (with belt and braces) one could also make outrageous comments of why the CEO doesn't respond - perhaps he is busy with the Burger King CEO.
