Investment Advisory is the revenue stream currently being generated by TradeFlow in its capacity as investment advisor to its well-established funds, as well as its anticipated role as investment advisor to the Fund going forward.



This stream is expected to generate revenues of approximately 1.25% of Assets Under Management for which TradeFlow acts as advisor. Additionally, TradeFlow could receive a further 15% performance incentive fee of the profits generated by the Funds, based on performance.

If investors have the capacity to click buy and sell, they should also have the capacity to read. They can read the entire RNS and understand what I'm referring to. They don't need condescending comments to imply that their judgement is somehow impaired.

No one asked you to moderate, explain or provide basic understanding of revenue that's a given for the investors here. So now we are on the same page, you don't need to throw your toys out of the pram because you don't like the title of the post. How the company present the revenue stream is up to them, unless of course you own a large chunk, which I doubt. The table is self explanatory, the footnotes are there for all to see. I referenced the footnote, I believe people on this board have the capacity to read and comprehend without losing their temper.
