Back to the 10’s we go. Plenty of positives been thrown at this yet investor nerves are not holding. Opec decision will have weighty bearing on this short term.

Not sure what the MM' S are up to. Marked it up this morning to take some stock imo, ask is now discouraging buys, few sellers at 12.6!

And momentum. Sellers drying up at each level as the MM's move this up, taking out the short term holders in for a fast buck. Appears that a bid of 13.50 is where they are currently.

Whilst the majority of the coffins are made in the UK, many of the interiors placed over the deceased, coffin furniture and many other day to day consumables are imported from China. They charge top prices for cheap imported products used to line the coffin, dress the deceased etc which I'm sure the families of there loved ones are not aware of or indeed would approve of. This has been going on for years and they have made a lot of profit from bereaved families from adopting this strategy. Llower costs yet year on year above inflation increases! However, higher quality products made in the UK at comparable costs are available. Reviewing there ethical stance on sourcing sensitive products may go some way to repairing the tarnished image within the funeral sector.

I think 740 could be tested again. The sector is under extreme price pressure with competition from low priced independents. Dignity make a lot of money from Crems, however, the extortionate inflationary pricing that's been hiding a multitude of sins is ending. Dignity are going to have to deal with much skinnier margins and a falling market share given that the acquisition strategy has been ceased and will no longer prop up its declining market %.

you must be mistaken, I've never posted this and its not correct. Ive been investing for 30 years, with Amerisur, my strategy is to hold a large core holding as I believe strongly in the medium/long term. The balance of my holding I use to either de-risk or re-risk depending on my short term appraisal of the market or indeed liquidate to invest elsewhere when opportunities arise. My comments should not be viewed as negative or positive, just observations as I see it at the current time which you will note from posts are sometimes bullish and at other times bearish. Stocks do not trade with a straight line trend. Overall, I'm happy with this stock, just like to try and minimise losses and maximise profits upon short term trend changes. The core holding will either reward me or punish me over the longer term......I trust it will be the latter. I hope it rewards us all for Christmas, however it looks like 2019/20 will be the key period for the BOD to maximise shareholder wealth.

Hardly hindsight, plenty of posts from me in the last month as to what my thoughts were at the time before the breaking RNS, including 13th Nov when I said I had sold 500k as was concerned 10p would be breached. It was, and I picked up the shares again from 9.75 onwards. I sold some today at 13.70 and picked some back up at 13.17. Don't get me wrong, I placed some losing trades on the way down but I'm ok with cutting losses and re evaluating, i would rather this than watch the losses run. For what its worth, If no RNS in the morning, I think stock will be available in the 12's again......so that's my 'foresight'!!

I received an email this morning from the aforementioned. That's because I was pro active before the event and will remain active and vigilant going forward.

Very good tool to gauge sentiment and share observations. Just so you don't need to worry about me. Highest price paid 17.44, highest price sold 22.06, lowest price paid 9.75, WAP is 11.87 with 2.15m shares. I'm in profit at the moment but don't take it for granted. I have a core holding and will trade upto a 1m of that stock day to day based on the sentiment and economic factors.

Bought a good few back in the 9's Opulentia, my previous posts show I sold a chunk around 11, all bought back now and nicely in profit. The traders are taking it down, just sharing a view on the pullback. Anything in the 12's and I will buy more. I hold over 2m shares so I have no interest in talking down!

Just pausing for breath, some profit taking going on as book looks a little weak short term for those that have got in recently and made a few quid. Seeing there 10/20% slipping away so locking in profit. Larger buyers are waiting for this expected pullback, as am i.

Saw something similar to this with Amerisur a couple of days ago when there was momentum in the price. Looked like an 8m sell went through only for it to reveal itself as a director buy.

Looks like a buy to me, book looks ok, trades coming thick and fast. Looks exciting.

Finally looks like a move north is imminent. It’s been painful to watch but it’s turning and a good level to average down now that the herd are back.

This has been a great day for shareholders of Amerisur, the news long term is a game changer. We have seen a 25% recovery from the lows and finished at 12p which has proved a barrier for some weeks. This on a very difficult day for the sector. Significant quantity of shares have changed hands, VWAP was 12.3 so hopefully we have some new holders who will sit on there hands for a while to realise there investment which should ease the drag if the trend has indeed changed.

Let's hope JW has bought a bigger chunk!
