I keep thinking back to Ian Lyall’s proactive investors/daily mail article. He’s been head editor of proactive investors for 14 years and before that 6 years as News Editor/Investment Editor of the Daily Mail.

Surely he has impeccable sources and doesn’t print anything without triple checking.

I too think that the proactive investor/daily Mail piece through a spanner in the works and led to the RNS last week.

Now we are sorted for funding and loan repayments what’s not to like.

Not necessarily, the nomad may have insisted that they set up something to show a going concern for the next year, but as we can see that can be stopped at any time. Gives them an out when funding does materialise.

Thinking about it logically Zanaga were running out of cash but still left it till the last moment to issue T3. Why is that? They would have know their cash burn running through this last qtr.

They have had that funding at their fingertips for several months, but had decided against till the very last moment?

I think they have been in discussions up until the last few days about funding but they haven’t got it across the line yet.

The new shard tranches have the ability to be stopped/paused at anytime, like t3 was, and therefore potentially reduce the number of shares needed.

Anyway let’s see what the annual report says on Monday.

I wonder what today has in store for us.
