£62 million contract renewal27 Jan 2026 09:16
I wonder why this didn’t warrant an RNS. Yet another great renewal showing Capita is continuing to deliver. Plus we all know business retention is more profitable than trying to win new business 🥳
Capita PLC - London-based outsourcing firm - Wins a GBP62 million contract renewal with a "major European telecommunications provider".
The four-year renewal kicks off in January. "The renewed agreement reflects Capita's strategic focus on operational efficiency, and artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
Under the new terms, Capita will continue delivering customer services across different lines of business, including technical support, chat and messaging, and inbound sales," Capita says.
Corinne Ripoche, chief executive officer of Capita Experience, says: "This renewal marks a significant milestone in our partnership, which started in 2014. By expanding our nearshore footprint and embedding AI-powered performance tools, we’re delivering a more agile, cost-effective and customer-centric service model. It’s a clear demonstration of Capita's ability to evolve with our clients and support their strategic goals."
