Yes - I see this as a major conflict of interest now and a red flag.

The quicker he is thrown out, the better.

If Dunkerton (the rotten b*st*rd) wants to take this private, he should fork out 76p per share minimum, after expecting PIs to subscribe to the retail offer in May last year.

I believe he has deliberately sabotaged this share price in recent years with overly pessimistic RNSs to try and spread fear.

I will be voting against any of his cheap attemts to swindle.

The market cap is sliding closer and closer to where it was in 2019 pre covid. Yet now we have so much more data and insight into the efficacy and safety profile of SNG001.

Hopefully there is a lot more progress being made behind the scenes than what PIs are being made aware of.

But whether or not SNG001 makes it onto another trial over the next few years, surely this stock will surge north again when the next viral pandemic arrives. We will all already know that SNG001 works against a wide range of viruses, and keeps people alive. Simple as that.

Are we sure these types of adverts are through Bidstack? They look like the types of adverts appearing on any website.

We saw what happened after results in 2018. What if Tim is anticipating similar results this time and secured investor backing (earlier this week) before things go sour.. ? We all know how sly those boys can be.
