WeShop's downloads have been on 100k+ since November though, so hopefully closer to 1m by now.

I just can't see there being any deal worth talking about after yesterday's news. I've sold out to lock in a modest gain.

I agree with you regarding a small placing likely being needed to keep the lights on. The last placing (in November) raised £100,000 through 4.17m new shares at 2.4p. Current share price is a third of that, so lets hope WeShop release some good initial figures and get this pumping again first, to avoid too much dilution. I still can't believe Wecap's share price is this low given where it was pre WeShop IPO, but then again it's also held up well considering the volume Peel and Res P dumped into the market just before Christmas.

Over to WeShop to provide the goods, ASAP.

I bought some weshop this month instead as I think it might bounce up first. Atb.

Not quite. They own 23.5% of CSIL, but that's equivalent to 490k class A shares. The rest of their class A shares are held directly. 1.3m in total.

Nice big buy just before close. I'd like to see news tomorrow morning of the DCB having been extended for another 12 months, but also, won't be surprised if they haven't it sorted out yet.

I did a bit more digging regarding registered addresses, but it looks to me like Weshop is registered in Jersey and Hawk Investment Holdings Ltd is registered in Guernsey. Maybe it's a different 'Hawk' that share Weshop's Jersey office? It's not easy to confirm though as I couldn't find many references online.
