You surely can't believe that "Yes as I've always said it's a bloody shame we didn't manage to do it alone, and I'm not going to quickly forget the sordid trading action responsible for depressing our SP last summer making a repair job by the new BOD under our own steam all but impossible." It could be surmised that the people preventing the repair job / fund raise were in fact Bass Metals BOD given the continued failure to deliver to promises and who exactly were the BOD of Bass Metals ..... in some cases well none other that some of the BOD of Stratmin ... funny that I guess in the end in doesn't matter the Old Switcheroo is in now. In the end Bass have got a mine that's had tens of millions of £s of investment, is producing high quality graphite and has a growing customer base for a few balloons and a promise of some shares and royalties down the track What was it Johnny Rotten said at the Pistols final gig ???? Anyway maybe the Happy Clappers can claim their bonus now
Yeah but the spread has only narrowed to around 28%
"5300 posts in 8hrs" ??? More disingenuous nonsense

Confirming the hope to meet existing deadline
"But their approval is just a formality imo." Any update on this Arminius? What are your sources at ASX saying? Seems slightly strange to me that Bass has not given the Shareholders the courtesy of releasing an update as to the nature of ASXs concerns. GLA DYOR
Not at all Just trying to be helpful Having reread the post it seems to make sense to me I should have perhaps added a comma in the first line
Gaeilge Which of the words do you have difficulty understanding or is it the concept that you are struggling with DYOR
Thanks for this most helpful Perhaps you would be so good as to expand on the following point though "More than 30 years in the graphite business. They in return get access to international capital markets" When if my memory serves me correctly (and I have to admit it's far from 100% reliable these days), you'd previously been positing that one of the benefits in selling the existing, fully operational (and perhaps profitable) mine to Bass Metals was that Bass could easily raise capital down under , whilst Stratmin themselves found it near on impossible to do so in London?
On what basis to you draw the conclusion that the ASX approval is a formality? Do you work for ASX? Previously, if my memory serves me correctly, you believed that the trading cease would be rescinded within a couple of days
Bass Metals have further extended the Trading halt to 19 August DYOR GLA
I guess we will find out next week , given the milestone date was set as 12 August I guess it also depends on exactly what the ASX are looking into as to whether the 12th can be met I can imagine there a quite a few Bruce down under types who were none too happy at having fallen for the Pattos rope a dope and paid upto 3 cents a share only to come out of the halt at around 1.5 cents a share But hey thems the risks Don't gamble what you can't afford and don't gamble on what you don't understand I can also imagine that the prospectus might need slightly more than a Wee spell check before it passes muster Anyway DYOR Happy Clapper No 1 will be along shortly to tell us how all the other graphite (non) producers are returning mammoth increases .... oh the irony..... attempting to ramp by continually pointing out one would have been so much better off investing elsewhere .... makes me laugh I suppose
Thanks for the update but it does seem slightly at odds with your post on Sunday "Extra delay with Bass shareholder sign off is a PITA but seems nothing out of the ordinary." Or Happy Clapper No1s assertion on Monday that it was merely a formality Surely the ASX regulatory authorities couldn't be looking into the speeding ticket and a potential fund raise on assets not yet acquired propulsion that be reading too much into a minor hiccup? GLA DYOR 😃
Bass ASX announcement shows extension is being sought until 12 Aug
Oh dear what a tangled web we weave. when first we practise I maybe a coincidence but the Happy Clappers no longer seem to be posting the links to Hot Copper
Wait a minute, someone taking the time to run some reasoned numbers You'd better watch out the Happy Clappers will be along shortly to out you as a paid de-ramper and reiterate that this share is a multi multi bagger They won't mention the olde Switcheroo or even the Pattos pump n dump much less that Bass shares are currently in a trading halt But hey Ho GLA Seriously DYOR all is not as it seems in wonderland Ever wondered why the Happy Clappers clap?
HI there Happy Clapper No1. You do keep me entertained .. who are you accusing of being a paid de-ramper this week? What is it?" We all know who you are and why here?" were you looking in the mirror when you typed that? Arminius (or should that be Mars2050 or any of your other aliases?) "Oct 2015 This month in my opinion. Expect rabbit to turn up any minute. I think we are holding up really well. Most watchers know that significant updates are due and don't want to risk missing out. This will move quickly on company making news. £20m Maketcap or even up to £50m Market cap should be achievable within next 6 months. GLA" Good to see we have now doubled up "Bass/Graphmada will be valued way above $100million imo which bodes well for tranche 1." Do your own research guys ;-)
