The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode with London Stock Exchange Group's Chris Mayo has just been released. Listen here.
Yes it's become all very odd here. The share price has almost halved in the period since July, despite repeated seemingly good news on most fronts. In addition we have reports of Director share buying Other private holders claiming large, FCA reportable holdings in the company And still the sell off continues ... red trade after Red Trade I don't believe prospects are helped by our resident dissembler attempting to disrupt other Share Price which directly affect the success of our own. It's like Alice Through The Looking glass but with most of these things once the protagonists are revealed in the truth tends to out. It's almost like someone is working to a separate agenda. Who and Why .... maybe we will find out in next week's episode of SOAP GLA
Looks like someone has dumped a further 5M shares today. Despite showing promise, we have now pulled back nearly 50% since July high of just under 0.4 Can only hope we stay out if the cluthes of the shorting brigade. Mind you given some of the previous posts abd share movements it maybe that they are here already, merely cleverly disguised, as usual. GLA
Really???
BSM released an announcement on ASX last night indicating that it wished to raise 2.5m ... this paragraph may be of interest Use of proceeds The net proceeds from the Equity Raising will be used to fund final payment to Stratmin Global Resources Plc for the acquisition of the Graphmada Graphite Mine, funding the remaining mine refurbishment capital expenditure, exploration of highly prospective graphite and lithium permits and for working capital.
It looks like sell orders for £23.00 were triggered. People having set these up previously to bank profits. Once these had been taken out other nervous nellies sold in light of the resulting fall, which futtger compounded the retrace
Ha ha spooky .... I just popped by ... now I'm back on land Good luck to you .... squeaky bot time coming over there... all depends on the flow ... Rodders Here? Ipt looks like the old Switcheroo is nearing a close Funny how the Happy Clappers have all but disappeared Maybe they are at a concert or maybe they are at a party or maybe as some suspected they have been at both I guess we'll never know :-O
CARE TO COMMENT?? I am stunned. I have checked with LSE administration and it seems that I did indeed join the Board in April of this year. Apologies it looks like I was mistaken. I know that this year has been a long one but I was convinced that I had initially raised suspicions some time prior to that. LSE have also confirmed that I only have and have ever had one account. So your suggestion that I am in someway associated with One Churchill Place is way off beam but then why break the habit. I append a copy of what was one of my first posts .... which seems more relevant now than ever or it would do had we not sold the mine for a couple of magic beans and a few balloons. "This place is like Alice Through The Looking Glass Now we have Happy clapper number 2 telling the shareholders to shut up or sell up as he's been given assurances that our concerns are being addressed? The share price has went from 60p to under 2p Yet we still don't know If we are yet profitable How much tonnage we are producing How much we are selling per month But is okay cos our Super/Envoy shareholder has been given assurances and to question will damage the share price The BoD are now seemingly unsure as to whether we are to continue as a mining company or hand over the asset to another entity and become an investment company in AIM. And who is white knight entity .... only the same company who's delay in providing the cash for equity that it could be argued has at least in part been to blame for some of the negativity driving the share price down towards historic lows . All the while it seems odd that our CEO still takes no salary. I would suggest that most shareholders recognise that the share holders assets in the ground are worth many many multiples of the current share capital. Yet happyclapper number 1 seems completely oblivious to the irony of continually posting comparsions. The market (or should that be MMs) doesn't seem to be listening and the logical conclusion would be to sell up and back one if the current winners"
You ducked responding to the questions A couple of questions for you. ... though tbf tis always that way ..innit 1) You continually berated another poster for posting after he no longer held a position, yet if, and correct me if I am wrong, I understood you sold up having traded on the rises. So why are you still posting? 2) if you believe that constant ramping across a multitude of channels by the Happy Clappers does not have an affect on both the shareholders and sentiment, why are you so confident what you call de-ramping does? CONGANTIVE DISSONACE ???
You could do worse than stick it in 88e Binary bet with the possibility of a x 20 return Bit as always do your own research and don't bet what you can't afford to loose Also it might be prudent not to believe every word the Happy Clappers might wish you to swallow Good luck
Looks like it's mission accomplished on the Olde Switcheroo then. Will it be Happy Clappers back to base or do you think we are now going to be inundated with promises of multibaggers from the new venture. And here's me thinking I invested in a Graphite Mine Find out in next week's exciting Episode
It maybe more prudent to Email him to tell him to start mining the stuff because in case in escaped your notice Stratmin no longer own a mine in which to mine
If you read it ... I am not slating the stock Never shorted in my life
Abundantly clear? Another interpretation would be that having seen 30m+ of investment almost gifted away, investors are choosing to quit on the slightest rise rather than hang around and take the risk of the rinse and repeat happening with the current venture Over in Auz our friends who bought in during the Pattos pump n dump have are probably still holding paper losses Wonder who made the quick bucks there before the speeding ticket was issued .... was that the old board or the new board guising as the old board? One question for your CEO friend , if it was all the old board's fault how come he 1) Sat on his hands everytime BSM failed to deliver and ultimately rewarded them in even greater part each time they failed to deliver 2) Singularly failed to communicate to the shareholders during that period?
Another one that's completely delusional "I bet the 2x100k "sells" this morning are just circular money to prime the dump that followed..." Completely wrong ... that was me to nominally cover a bet on the football But things are never quite what they seem in Alice In Wonderland So who's fault is it this week The old broad ... who were until recently the current board The same board that "sold" the jerseys to BSM who in turn turned out to be members of the old/new the board Or is it the nasty MMs .... doing what MMs are there to do .... make the market Or is it the nasty shorters .... of which you have never produced one scintilla of evidence. Everyone I have spoken to laughs at the mere suggestion Or is it the nasty realists Maybe as usual it's the Happy Clappers fault Hey happy Clapper No 1 .... can you remind us all just how much we'd have been quids in if we'd invested in the non producing graphite firms
No brainer???? Is that you or the share Let's see what you were proclaiming at this point last year ..... mmmmh Real spread 4.625 - 4.74p £7m mcap sounds lovely bubbly. This time next year we will be... Further update in due course
Broken record? … oh the irony … for pointing out that Happy Clapper has been posting such predictions for over a year now, all the while the share price continues to drop. It’s okay though folks, cos this time next year we’ll be Millionaires. ;-) Have you ever thought to question the motivation of someone who repeatedly posts predictions which are contradictory to the facts? Moreover, posts the same material across a variety of Message Boards under a raft of different guises Hey it’s a free country but does it not seem at least a little odd?
Which Happy Clapper on 10 Sept 2015 posted the following "Once we hit 20p to catch up with our non-producing peers. It won't make much of a difference wether you bought in at 3.5p, 3.75p, 4p, 5p If you believe in Stratmins success then the wise investors will be buying now before the gang arrives... GLA"
Yeah funny that, that in Wonderland every realist is a de-ramper ... Through the Looking Glass things are never really as they seem in Wonderland. I have always stated that the mine is a world class opportunity Moreover, over the period I have turned a profit on this share and without shorting No one has paid me a thin dime to post on here , can that honestly be said of the Happy Clapper / multi-identy individuals posting across the many BBs? Keep having a go at the messenger. Remember to avoid open debate, some of the rules of Wonderland. Funny how in the end Stratmin's BOD didn't really seem to have tooooo much trouble in being able to raise some funding when required to for the new venture.
