3p on the wayyyyyyyy

DT,
we have seen someone buying from 3.7p area and still loading up in blocks of 100-200-500ks.
we do not need couple of posters who were saying they will buy at 2p....
we got many loading up at from much higher than current levels.
buying pressure will be higher as smart money will be pouring in soon.

we already had buyer and deal was going on but,because of the buyer delayed the payment,we cancelled the deal.
that make me think we might have another buyer around!! and we might get better deal than previous deal because of higher metal prices!!??

rsi is sitting at 20 and we are sitting at support area ( aug-sept 2020)at around 2p!!
BOUNCE IS MUCH EXPECTED FROM HERE!!

Warrants holders will pay 2p a share and sell it in open market.
So if the share price is much higher than 2p then they will exercise it,if it goes lower than 2p than they will not exercise it.
Because of warrants we might be hovering around 2p for much longer until warrants cleared,ehile we knows that SP will be going much higher than that!!

First of all,you are confused with placing and warrants.
We raised money with placing which was done at 1.25p for 5mil.
We will raise more money with warrants at 2p if they go through,which will not be needed if we start making masks and selling them.
Warrants were issued just to get cheap entry again after selling higher.
WE DO NOT NEED EXTRA CASH NOW AND DILUTE OUR HOLDINGS!! Simple.

Director is holding 31% of this!!
Overall 80-90% stock is in sticky hands,and that is the reason most of the time it is NT to buy!!

I think bod trying to put lid here,so SP doesn’t rocket and then people try their best to reject warrants.
They released rns last week at the time where it impacted least on SP.(Friday afternoon).

In last rns they said machine parts will come this week,whole week gone passed and no news yet??
