lemu staff is in asolation fof ten days from last saturday.
ten days will be on monday and they will be able to do their work on tuesday!

their might not be much work to do and maybe wednesday or thursday we get an rns saying machine is up and running then next day result announcement saying we voted down the warrants!

MaRu and dr Christian schweiger both are major shareholders and one is board member has provided company with LOI that they would be prepared to lend the group up to eur 4.0mil and 1mil chf respectively! which is in total £4.4mil,and would extend the companys cash runway until around end of 2021!!

this loan will be in two tranche and company will be 10% interest on whatever drawn down!

we will repay this loan from the US rights for accrufer!

we will be repaying this loan either from securing another loan! or

from raising money(which will be the last option).

lender will have right to convert the amount of loan drawn down to the shares of stx with 5% discount to the average closing price of preceding ten days!

everything is clear in rns still people saying placing coming?? dohhhh.

placing is the last option and will not be coming up to next january and only will come if we can not sell our product in USA!!which is really unlikely..

deal done in US and we will be sailing to 100p plus here!!

I am saying limit order will save our shares from being borrowed and used for voting, and i will put 10p limit order, i wish mms take my shares by triggering limit order at 10p,lol.

someone has been loading up in blocks of 5k-10k.
expecting tr1 when finished loading.....

we got support at these levels and resistance at 65p area.
we need to break that resistance at 65p, then move towards second resistance at 80p,then 88p then 105p!
gap will be closed upto 105p if we hit the news of US deal,imo.

so even if it does fall, it will be back to this level really quick!

we are getting cash from investors and that cash will be sufficient for remaining 2021!
in that period we need to secure another loan or get the deal done with US distributor!!??

As already mentioned earlier WE NEED A BIGGER BOAT!!
What does that mean?? That means we are already in talks with someone who needs loads of masks!!(NHS?TRANSPORT?)

All this delay is fabricated and just to not make shareholders more aggressive to reject the warrants and make them feel like SP is just sitting at the levels of warrants and lets not bother about it!!
We all know which way this is going and will not be much longer!!
