Specifically "when I hear your voice it makes me sick."

This type of behaviour is offensive and unacceptable , etc.

At the time I was chased by hackers from Calcutta.

A concerned Help Desk Agents should have been able

to question and steer me in the right direction.

HL turned a blind eye. I have been treated like an idiot since.

I am now ready to send a handwritten letter to the Ombudsman

and hope the letter will arrive .

Broking is a business without responsibility.

Many are members of Stonewall which means staff runs the show

and are entitled to accuse their clients of whatever is an excuse

to restrict and cancel accounts. Reasons given are cooked up.

That is unacceptable.

Speedy, HL Helpdesk Agent is supposed to help us when our computer

goes on strike. I was not aware that a team of hackers, cyber criminals,

caused the problem but HL should have made an effort to help.

A few questions were not answered and years late I wonder whether

the HL system was no working properly. I have since lost faith in Finance.

Problems are swept under the carpet and retail clients are belittled or

assumed to be ????? and expected to suffer in silence?

My HL account was restricted when I was suspected to have a gambling problem.

I was encouraged to sell but not allowed to buy. I was shocked and did nothing for

you cannot argue with a bully. I was not prepared to sell at a loss and my account was

closed for I am assumed to be demented. That sums up HL.

If I were Trump or wealthy I would sue HL for I am sane and well.

Nightmare when you loose the key to your tax free loot.

Or the key is stolen by Crypto crooks keen to shoot .

Who recommended FRR? I inherited what the Penny Share Mafia dumped on to my

late husband and I passed on my FRRs to my daughter but kept a few. She has since
