Speedy, HL Helpdesk Agent is supposed to help us when our computer
goes on strike. I was not aware that a team of hackers, cyber criminals,
caused the problem but HL should have made an effort to help.
A few questions were not answered and years late I wonder whether
the HL system was no working properly. I have since lost faith in Finance.
Problems are swept under the carpet and retail clients are belittled or
assumed to be ????? and expected to suffer in silence?
