Trading is gambling and anybody over 80 is under suspicion

to be unsuitable? Unbelievable for anybody over 80 has the time

and experience to take part and should be encouraged to do so.

The FCA needs sound advice and I am ready to talk .

Grezz, I have to take it further. There is a serious shortage of

qualified staff everywhere. Mistakes are swept under the carpet and

victims passed round like a parcel expected to be bullied.

Most elderly give up. I have not yet reached that point and expect

an explanation. HL employs an army of staff trained to turn a blind

eye when one of their staff makes a serious mistake.

That is unacceptable. The FCA should be concerned.

losses in FRR which was closed down without warning . I was shocked when I

received an e-mail from HL . The message explained that I was under suspicion

to be a gambler and was not allowed to buy but sell when the price of GGP and OMI

had reached a low . I held on and sold OMI recently at a profit. GGP is long term.

HL has since made more restrictions on my account and refuses to explain.

The FCA under Labour is a waste of time. Regulation should protect the weak .

AIM is unregulated and is promoted as IHT perk.

Many elderly take part but are in danger to get a message from their broker

and sell at a loss. Am I the victim of AI or regulation ? Or BOTH ?

FCA. Birds of a Feather stick together. Clients of HL are told to leave

if their system fails. If you don't leave you are treated like an idiot and your

account is blocked. A specialist lawyer is needed to clear up a situation

which is the result of incompetence. Move !

Advisors don't advice just sell

A product they don't know too well.

Once sold they cannot give advice

the trusting client pays the price.

IFAs should get a percentage of profits made.

Good IFAs are recommended and rare.
