A letter from HL, dated 24th of December 2025, arrived today.

A Client Services Manager wrote the letter finding it impossible to

explain why my account is blocked. The OMBUDSMAN is expected

to help . If I am allocated to a switched on Expert I may get an

honest answer and a reward for cleaning up AIM and on-line broking.

If it is business as usual I shall write a book.

On my last cruise, Queen Victoria, Dec. 2025, I met many switched on Cruisers approaching 90

and accompanied by a relative. So was I but my daughter became ill and our first stop

after the cruise was A&E where she was treated as an emergency and I am now a Carer

again. If I were in a care home, as was suggested, I could not help and my savings would
