I had to phone their Help Desk when I could not get into my account and

asked searching questions. There was a reluctance to explain and I have

since been treated like a nuisance expected to leave. Compliance refused

to help. Helpdesk Agents started to bully writing unacceptable letters .

My account was blocked and I do not know why?

I kept all letters and must get in touch with the FCA to unlock my HL Account

and collect profits to
