Froggy 1000, I picked up a local Advertising Gazette , 22 July 2024, and found

an expert I have been looking for since I was dumped by HL. Why? HL must have

assumed that I must be mad to get caught on AIM . My assumed madness is an

insult. I did not move because a team of cyber crooks did not stop chasing. I was

nearly caught when Mr. Crook lost his patience. I was clearly too slow,

did not like his voice and hang up. I saved his tel.no which I passed on , HL chat,

and I did not hear from them again. I never worked for M15 but felt like a spy.

HL staff is on holiday. Temporary staff has no clue.

Cyber Crooks are watching you.

They mess up your computer and victims wonder why?

morning to HL for my solicitor wants to know how much I lost

and without help I cannot move on.

It is embarrassing for HL that a loyal client has to take legal

action for Junior Staff made mistakes and expected to get away

with it. August 2021.

Just sent an e-mail to HL asking a simple question.

"Is my account still blocked?" Pathetic.

HL had an offer and I am now determined to find a solicitor at record

speed. I just discovered a local solicitor specializing in gambling.

He may be the right guy to expose the AIM market. I was accused by HL

to be a gambler and blame HL to encourage gambling for HL lowers the

price for frequent trading. Young gamblers are welcomed and old gamblers

are dumped and under suspicion to be ???

a computer problem and approached the Helpdesk. I was let down and received

a rude letter which the Ombudsman did not question.

A two-tier system is applied and anybody seemingly unsuitable is dumped without

warning and expected to leave.

That is not easy and I am still there.

I naively trusted HL to be trustworthy and was let down.

I now have to find a talented solicitor urgently for I want to get out

as soon as possible.

Short sellers knocked HL to below 700 and anybody aware

filled their boots. Experienced investors played this share both ways.

I did on paper but my account was blocked and I was repeatedly treated

HL is now under new management and I sincerely hope the next BROKER will

treat Private Investors with respect and not like easy meat to be fleeced and

dumped when there is a problem.

Lifeishard, I lost trust in anybody except my son and daughter. Both have

no idea that I exist as mapp . I became interested in AIM because AIM is promoted

as Inheritance perk without warning. That is misleading for AIM is high risk and

unsuitable for OAPs . Far too many AIM investors are elderly, get caught and pass away

with nothing left. Brokers dump their clients without warning as soon as there is a problem.

RR is now Lifeishard and the only one still in love with FRR .

That sums up AIM where investors are misled and turn insane

going down the drain in pain. Brokers are aware and do not care.

I was advised to get in touch with the helpdesk to get access to my account.

I was born in a City but grew up in the countryside and that was supposed to be my birthplace.

I did not set up the account when I opened the account. Helpdesk agent was inexperienced and

I made a comment which an experienced Help Desk Agent would have ignored.

The log-in details came with Royal Mail a few days too late but a rude letter from HL arrived within

24 hours. Why the delay? A glitch ?

they block an account without asking questions. I survived and found out
