Same message today. I lost my interest. Everywhere similar problem.

We phone and a robot is in charge. With luck we hear a proper voice and

wonder whether it is real. Staff gets bored and into trouble if not properly

trained . Anybody over 50 is fed up and leaves and our PM asks why?

No reply . HL staff on strike replaced by robots.

I was not allowed to top up for HL blocked my account.

Wasted 2 hours trying to make contact with HL.

It seems there is chaos .

Frustration leads to desperation.

Their Helpdesk is a joke

Finance UK is far too WOKE.

Deadline applies. Impossible to get into my account.

Helpdesk Agent does not understand.

Communication impossible.

Nobody cares and I am stuck. S.O.S.
