frustration and was being told off by Junior Staff unable to cope.

My daughter got hold of this very unpleasant letter, asked to find out what was said and must

have wondered whether I have ????????? Nothing so far but Staff carried on making serious mistakes .

I was allowed to sell not buy was the next order.

HL was determined to get rid off a loyal client, then 85.

I held on to all letters and wonder whether a clumsy team deleted one message that

is so unbelievable that I must make use of it.

Any decent solicitor would succeed . Before I go this way I shall write a birthday card

to Stephen Lansdown, 30th August. If he takes the trouble to read what I explain

he may understand and send a message to compliance for so far I have only had

a few useless letters from different members of staff trying their hardest to make

excuses.
