OMG my portfolio has taken a beating today, serves me right for having a day off. I sold some shares over the last 2 weeks and do hold some cash to get back in cheap, but it's a whole lot of work now to get back to where I was. Expect we are all in the same boat. Just gotta work harder to get it all back I suppose, Project profit starts monday. have a good weekend, and work on them irons. Only scored 25 today, not good!

Nothing much happened I see, since I last looked here, lets hope for a bit more tomorrow. Hitting fairly well with the irons, but driver not good. May leave it at home and use the 3 wood. Loose a few yards but it stays fairly straight. Can't remember if I have played Manor House, used to play courses around that area when I worked in Cheltenham.

Wasn't complaining about your post, sorry if you thought I was. We need a balanced point of view here so we can make the right decisions and hopefully make some profit. If I get time I will do a bit of investigation. Need to get out to the golf range this afternoon as I have an important stableford competiion tomorrow and I am playing aweful. Thanks for the post, it is good to see a negative point of view, keeps it all in prospective. I think the rise today to 6p may be it for now. I agrre buying above 6p may be a little risky without further news of the two suitors. ------------MaO-------------

Noonriser has not posted today, he should be awake in about 35 minutes. His post on the 7 April to Billy ,said "get out now". So we better get his view soon, before Noon would have been better! Mean while up 33% ....nice.

I thought they had £9m in cash, were you including their builfding sale to make £12m ? They will have spent some of that now, so it will be less than £12m now anyway. Don't think the suitors are asset strippers, they will want the Jatropha fields, technology , R&D etc. which is where the share premium will be. How much is it worth who knows. If it all works they get BioFuel and residue is animal feed. Would like one of the suitors to be BP. Maybe if they have a "green"company take over to talk about enviromentalists may forget about the small oil spill in the gulf, lol.

It would be good to have an insight into who the suitors could be. If one is BP then that would be good news. Would Joiner know ? Meanwhile MM's are holding the ask, but I can get 5.65p now to sell. Not wavering just yet, I am sure one of the offers will be higher, my guess 8p.

This share is taking a beating, it is not alone in my portfolio, I am afraid. Looks like I will just hold and see what happens. As there is little confidence in this share, although I think it is worth this price, I am not betting against the market. Sure way to lose more! I think I will forget about this share until next year!!!!!

Now 5.2p - 6.0p....couldn't get a fixed price to buy, so likely going at full ask. Offered 5.33p to sell though.

How do you think the SP will react? I know we have had the T/O news before, but was there ever two. Looking for 8p by the end of the day, what's your call ? -------------MaO---------------

Just seen your post last Thursday. Lost a little on fees when I bought and sold a few months ago @18p. Bought back recently @10p and sold at 16p, so well in profit on this share. Thought it might fall to about 13p and I would buy back. Looks as though it is holding at higher levels than I am prepared to buy at. So just watching this share at the moment. How are your investments ? I am hoping to make a little on DOO ( D1 oils ) but not much else promising in my portfolio.

I think this is such a good recovery share that you will be waiting a long time for sub 30p IMO. An overall FT drop of 10+% may do it. Pray for a hung Parliament !

289 shares were bought @4.5p, total cost £13.01. I think this was MM code for "short of shares, don't mark the price up" any way LP is now 4.4p sell, 4.76p buy. So probably up about 5% today after all.

Dummy sell 4.3p, with buy 4.72p, probably 2% up on the day. Again info here is poor. Don't believe you could ever buy @4.5p today, if I am wrong, I am wrong. I will check the trades just in case.

Not a surprise HRG has taken a hit this morning. I am watching, as this will be short lived. They will lose some revenue as air sales obviously will currently be lower, but this will only be short lived. I am looking for an entry price once I have a better idea when the icelandic volcano (es) will have finished. 30 -31p would be nice.
