I believe that we await the arrival of an in depth perspective of a partnering plan as stated by Mr Young in the recent PFS on March 22nd.
I read this to mean it will be his perspective and not an actual plan.
We have yet to see this, as his perspective of the “Near Future “ is also part of that perspective.
