Thanks Sasa for your post. The subtle difference between experienced pro’s and arrogant gits is sometimes amusing, but mostly annoying.
I always read with interest many post where lots of research actually broadens the knowledge of many other people.
I live mostly in a rural (in Spain it’s called living in the campo) off grid life,my solar system has to keep me and mrs MD
In a good level of comfort that she has become used to (or demands) I maintain. It make one realise that supplying a constant supply of power 365days of the year is not easy. The blazing summer sun 38-44 degrees reduces the efficiency of the solar panels, just when the 24hr high temperatures mean the fridge needs even more power to do its job.To read a report of use it or lose it after spending in excess of 6grand on a system that is sold to people with a contract that states ‘You can will it to your family((‘cos your savings won’t ever pay back the outlay) is another world to the one I deal with every day.
What I can tell you,is that all sorts of criteria conspire to trash many of the theories that surface on the internet.
Households, cars, boats and all things that need power have many problems to frustrate us with yet
ATB to all
