As a share holder the idea is that we invest in a company that progresses and tries to make a success through its endeavours to make money and increase the share price,this lot have not achieved that.It is in Russia and therefore makes for cheap labour as RY has said many times.
There is also the snail pace attitude of the Russian system that is a negative to progress.
That being a factor,it is down to our bod to get things done,I don’t think they have made enough progress.
My view as most here know is that they cannot get a deal signed,that is why I am hoping the new director has been brought in to make things move on
