I had been meaning to comment that this whole thing has probably been planned out by Halley.
He may have made the decision about what to do with the company, how to do it etc.. as long as 18 months ago. The decision, thought process etc could have been made whilst pushing his kids on the swing at the park, drinking coffee scratching his balls on a Sunday morning and he didn’t have to tell anyone.
From there on its execution.
First clear the crap, then sort out the ability to borrow etc, then execute. In the meantime he needs to buy a load of stock without breaking AIM rules etc.
So I think it’s all been planned for a long time.
The thing for me is he’s got 300million odd shares, and I wonder what his exit point is. Obviously the vehicle could deliver a lot, but what’s the point he’d take the £££.. 10p a share would give him a £30M payday, and most mortals would be glad to get out way before that.
I’m going to just watch what he does but even at 1p a share it’s very good for him.
I’m probably going to exit when he does at the same ratio of holdings that he disposes of.
I’m bagging 20M shares so I’ve high hopes for this.
