welcome aboard mate. Not long now until we hopefully receive the word of permits & DFS specifics but tbh it all points to a formality in terms of IRR and profits. Spoke to Dave last week snd was very impressed with what was discussed. Good Luck ML

My money is on the DFS coming after the granting of the permit which from my comms with DR is likely to be in June (not earlier). The reason I say after the permit is that it would be difficult for us to RNS all the specifics relating to the DFS if the permit was not granted at that stage. It would be far too presumptuous of FRX to outline all the "meat on the bone" without it and could run the risk if pi $$$ ing of the Togo Govt. They have obviously only won the re-election and like all policical parties I expect they will want to hit the ground running with positive news and updates in relation to economic activity. From what we are led to believe our permit granting would provide employemnt amongst other local advantages such as community development, skills transfer, fiscal uplift etc.......... although Mr Fry Up I do see that it says we're due to see the DFS by end of April. I believe the delay / extension on that lead time is a direct result of the Togo Govt announcements. If nothing else we have posted something on the BB today mate :-) Good Luck ML

as with all my investments I make it my business to discuss all aspects with the CEO. I have done so with Dave this morning and am very happy with the info provided. The nature of any fast-tracking of news is 3rd party related so it could come at any stage just as likely it could be later than expected. The important aspect and tone I got was that we are in a great place now and just waiting. I'll be waiting but with zero fear and full of anticipation. This looks good and all things are lining up nicely. The director purchases and contractor pay outside of cash is a key indicator of the potential & confidence in FRX. One happy investor here. My first day on the BB is not all that great tbh. i'm reading posts from you guys replying to things i cant see and it doesnt make good reading for anyone especially investors on the sidelines. I mean no genuine offence but if you engage with it you're contributing to this unpleasant vibe. Do yourself & others a big favour and filter now. Together we can clean the BB up but individually we will fail. I'm looking forward to adding constructive debate here and company related information. Took a position this morning @.625 - Just got filled. Showing as a sell. Really like the look of this and from reading the last 20 or so RNS's I feel it's got a serious amount of potential over the next weeks / months. The CEO's blatant belief in what tthey are trying to achieve and full confidence being shown with shareholder aligned director purchases / placing shares is great to see. Research on the CEO & BoD of any company is essential and I'm very happy to say that they passed my test with flying colours. Let the games begin and I'll look forward to chatting with you all soon.
