Just the yearly reminder of Steve’s passing.

Another year has passed and given the SP I’d imagine he’d have quite the musings to share. Please take a time to remember that these companies we invest in that sometimes return and sometimes don’t, well there are far more important things to focus on - health, family, friends and life itself.

Apart from the clear and obvious forward selling over the last week from those who took part in the placing.

Whilst I'm well aware of a few people who did take part in the placing and are very sticky in terms of staying put and actually developing with the company, there are those who would have received the call from their broker and just took shares to make a quick buck in the forward sell and most likely when they reach 4.5p - 5p making another 10% - 20% on their purchase.

These things are very murky and it's disappointing to see.

Now back to the company, cashed up now ready for the next 2 quarters drilling offensive which by all accounts is expected to be game changing. Lots of updates to come from SB and Co. with enough financial backing to push the SP higher and higher as we develop and progress.

One step back, 3 steps forward.

People need to be very careful if trading this & others need to take advantage of the drops if they “fully” believe in the project.

3-4 weeks of drilling depending on penetration rates with a night shift to speed things up.

You can expect an unexpected RNS from SB & Team as soon as they an idea from the diamond core sampling & testing - Only weeks away guys & as I said 2-3 weeks ago, the MM’s will fleece you if given the chance. This news rich period is like Christmas to them. Sometimes you need to tell yourself that what you’re seeing isn’t actually the reality and stick to your gut instincts rather than fall for what is being presented to you.

The RNS info is all you should be basing decisions on, not buys & sells as this company is water tight on news so a down day means nothing, just as an up day doesn’t either.

Make your moves and stick with them.

I couldn’t be more confident about the next 2 quarters ahead.

Looking at the volume of trades and the price action throughout the day I just can’t see it as a buy myself with a 7% drop.

Todays RNS only confirmed times & what we already knew so if someone wanted in at 5p for 2m shares they could have done it at 4.6p last week with the same drilling plan info.

Anyway, inconsequential to us mate! Buy or sell sure that’s the aim of the game.

That’s the drop today.

One persons decision to sell £100k of shares wipes £2m off the Mcap. The MM’s would have loved getting them and will be selling back into the market with a 10% - 15% mark up over the next 2 weeks.

If you wanted to buy back now with 2m shares you’d end up paying more like 5.15p - 5.2p so the main market and holders didn’t agree with the reasons to drop.

Will balance out over next few sessions and this time next week we’re back into early 5’s with a stronger level of buyer.

As I said earlier, great opportunity for new buyers to enter or build a stake. Xmas is only months away, by the time we all close for Xmas I’m certain we’ll be enjoying time off with family and friends whilst also looking forward to Q1 in Empire after the news from mid-December (my estimate for explosive news) filters around Oz & top tier miners.

Empire just keep setting & meeting deadlines which is almost unheard of on AIM.

My confidence in SB & team achieving their goals is extremely high right now and the below extract is particularly mouthwatering in terms of potential results and how that future RNS will generate volumes NEVER seen before!

Major exploration campaign launched to confirm the scale of this giant, titanium-enriched mineral system and to provide more information about key parameters such as mineralogy, grades, tonnage potential and geological controls on the thicker, higher-grade mineralisation.

As I’ve said time & time again, SB & AF know full well what’s below their feet, and WHEN (not if) they confirm it this licence area will be sold on for hundreds of millions.

I don’t ever see them drilling this myself personally but I don’t have concrete evidence of that, just my own thoughts.

Either way, I couldn’t care less as the end game as an explorer is to find the minerals! After that, RIO & BHP can worry about getting the minerals to market.

enjoy the ride up & down as MM’s will play the hell out of this but remember, don’t let them panic you into anything as their games are utterly pointless if you just buy the dips or hold and await the trend to win out LT. You’ve done the research, presumably came to the same conclusion as I, calculated a value based on peers (soon to be defined by SB) so now your strategy should be focussed on holding for your STRICT exit point at whatever profit marker is.

Nothing to worry about now but something to think about as we progress.

Over the last 2 years this company has been water tonight on RNS news.

I don’t expect anything to have been leaked & this is purely on what has been already told via RNS.

The info in the last RNS along with the previous 2 since April, has already given us a leak, an absolute monster leak & these shares should be snapped up as quick as possible.

Only a matter of time, literally just a matter of time.

SB & team know full well what’s coming and he did as good as job as he can to tell us.

Almost a 3 year bear market in junior exploration sector.

Not only does it appear to be the time to buy, but Empire is the one to buy. Stacked fundamentals & a possible recovery sector for me mean yet again, buy what you can & hold.

As soon as one of the majors confirm any involvement here or news of any association hits the media channels, Empire will gain a new investor base in Oz (not yet even on the mainstream radar) & volumes will reach new daily highs with an SP & Mcap to match.

Incredible interview.

As I said before I could care less that the intraday movements are, the rewards are going to be phenomenal in time. Amazing progress over the last year and it has passed very quickly.

12 months time we could be sitting on an actual goldmine!(made of titanium)

If it turns out to be what the 30 year experienced, knowledgeable, Australian mining geologist & industry expert thinks it is then we are now in clover.

Buy or hold, buy or hold.

Fast forward a few months and we could have an even bigger & better RNS than the the first titanium RNS in May.

If geoscientists are apparently wanting to get involved and to study this globally significant titanium discovery then you can be sure word will start to travel across Oz and then it’s open season on a new type of investor & Institutional buyers.

RIO & BHP must now be completely aware of this and watching with a keen eye.

Couldn’t care less what the SP does short term! Up or down as this is now a rock solid HOLD for me now.

I’ve set a few different type of Limit Sell Orders way north of here to ensure my shares are not used for MM’s to manipulate the market or buying action.

I’d suggest others do the same to tighten up the supply. I remember the BMN board taking millions & millions of shares out of MM reach and the SP reacted accordingly. Coincidence? Possibly but no harm in locking them away many multiples north of current SP.

£28m Mcap and nowhere near the £100m minimum this will achieve by the end of this next 2 drill campaigns.
