Trading is so low this week.

The visit of SB to London next week at the conference & Shard Capital investor night absolutely guarantees an RNS within the next 48 hours of trading.

The signs all point to a very positive RNS that could be step 1 of a very very productive & prosperous 6 - 12 months.

The short-term SP could really motor but again I believe the investor psyche has again taken over in terms of ‘if it was going to be good news sure the SP would be flying’

Maybe most are already in with those not willing to enter until a full appraisal of what we have is completed?

Either way, the RNS will be interesting.

Re; Greg Watson - good guy and had dealings with him on placing shares in BMN years ago. I think Shard are the better broker of the two that EEE employ.

I’ve travelled to one of these from Ireland and it was a great night, so very interesting to meet forum members & see how their F2F demeanour compares to their LSE demeanour :-)

Most people are actually really nice & I’m sure SB & Co. will have some meat on the bone for all who can attend.

The trade action on the 23rd of October at 3.5p and the resulting increase over the next few days to 4.2p+ point to buying in the open market. They were done in 250K blocks time after time so this is almost certainly outside of the placing and tbh maybe they took part at 4p, but then saw an opportunity to increase their holding at a 12.5% discount.

This purchase of shares taking them to 19m was done by the Investment Management division: Oberon Investments.

Yeah 4K it is debatable but my experience of this shareholder exercise was a positive one.

Can I guarantee that this is what happens? No, unfortunately not but if they are “up for sale” then logic would tell you that they cannot be used elsewhere.

Anyway my first trance will be on the ask at 22p if anyone wants them :-)

Just took 3/4’s my holding out of circulation of MM’s.

We did this over on BMN in 2015 and when almost every holder put their shares into a Limit Sell way above the SP, the share started to behave in a very positive manner.

Just something to consider.

I set the LO’s at 22p, 28p & 33p. I don’t have L2 so can’t even see if they show up anywhere. Zero intention of selling but I also don’t want the MM’s to borrow them for any tricks. If in some extraordinary moment I get spiked out, we’ll I won’t complain either as it will be an 8, 9.8 & 11.7 bagger ;-)

£100k in 250k tranches.

That’s highly likely to be II buying. I remember 2 weeks ago a £30k sell went through and we dropped 8%, given todays paltry rise, this to me shows that we have not cleared the placing shares.

It’s just a timing issue anyway so nothing to worry about, they’ll clear soon and you’ll know as every 10k buy will tick us up.

Great to see Empire attend this event. Vale, Anglo & BHP speakers all in attendance. Didn’t see RIO but that’s not to say they aren’t there.

More importantly the Ms. King will be be in attendance and speaking about the PM’s $4b plan is aimed at expanding the production and processing of critical minerals in Australia to secure the country’s position as a global critical minerals powerhouse.

This is “THE” marquee event of mining & great to have Empire attend with a monumentally attractive investment proposition. We won’t be at 4.2p come Friday that’s for sure.

Make no mistake EEE are airtight on news leaking.

The SP went from 2.8p to 1.8p in the weeks prior to the Titanium find.

The SP has zero reflection on the merits or quality of results at Pitfield. This stands when we have a rising SP also.

It’s all about your perspective!

When the SP is in double digits (positive results & news over next 1-6 months) the “horrible 3’s” will be view as terrific 3’s and todays buy will be the fantastic 4’s.

Think long-term and your perspective will create your reality.

Of course if I or anyone else knew fully what’s ahead, well we wouldn’t need to be here posting opinions but sure that’s the game.

People now back excited by seeing blue! Absolutely fascinating to watch the mindset shift change.

Anyone who had the foresight or courage of their convictions has only given themselves a better platform for profit.

4 days ago there was slight fear & trepidation but now with absolutely nothing more than a video of drilling from Empire who had already told us what they were doing we have excitement and belief.

It’s almost as if people don’t believe what they are being told & need to see it with their own eyes.

The next 6 months are going to be eyeopening for the majority of AIM investors / traders. Empire will be the talk of the town.

If you have bought at any price above what the current SP is then now is the time to buy again (if you bought in to follow the story over the next 6-12 months)

This is EXACTLY what Warren Buffet hopes happens when he buys a stock with good prospects. He says himself that when he finds a stock and buys in, he is actually happy to see the price drop (on no news or anything material) so that he can continue to load up for what he sees as a fantastic opportunity.

This is how the real money is made. Each to their own of course but I have found this obsession with buyers only ever wanting to buy on the up days fascinating.

Don’t worry I’ll be putting my money where my mouth is in case anyone thinks I’m all talk.

I shall let this little infringement slide on this occasion 4Kandles as I'd never criticise a man who is honest about his buying / selling and the reasons why.

I've absolutely thoughts about selling at times and making some extra shares on the down as well as the up but I'm terrified of missing a stealth RNS :-)

After 7 years of buying with zero sells it would be just my luck that the bumper RNS would land minutes after me trying to trade this like city boy. I'm not interested in intra day movements and have full focus on the LT trend. We had a 1p base, 2p base and now 4p base. Next up 10p+ base.

I'll be in here every now and again as I've just got a promotion in work so head down for now, looking forward to next 2 quarters. Game on!
