Definitely being held down GP.

My personal guess is its being held down & news held back so Asian investors to load up, either Bangla, China or both.

We know you won’t get a look in once the green light is announced.

I can’t believe they are still able to acquire these volumes of stock at this level.

You’re all entitled to your opinions & guessing about takeovers/buyouts & what would be or would not be acceptable or tolerated in Bangladesh.

I’m merely highlighting that it is all guessing & not factual, regardless of how many times its posted.

Worth noting for anyone just looking in & constantly reading about takeovers & buyouts.

There has not been a single mention or speculation about any buyout or takeover from the GCM, nor from anybody else of any significance since Polo Resources rejected offer of £1.75 per share back 2008.

As for doing all the ground work for two decades just to sell & break even. That would be a great business strategy 😂

Few quick calculations but based on the amount of top up notifications on here, i think you guys own around 50% of GCM. With that in mind we should be able to block any low ball offers. 👍

I read somewhere that if its an overseas buyer then they don’t have to notify their holding. I have no source to back that statement up though.

If true, then Bangla or Chinese may well be taking everything they can completely under the radar.
