out of touch and dismissive of the investors who pay his wages! No wonder our shorter

is contiuing to increase their position. Idiot!!

WSBN are tweeting to keep the SP up so that the new investor can flip the shares. IMHO!

They hit the market next week so if thy kept them there has to be a holdings RNS,

no RNS and you know they were sold for a quick profit enablesdby Leni and WSBN!

Then you know this was a mate who made a quick buck diluting your stock!

No doubt it will happen again, don't fall for the we were approached excuse

it happens all the time on AIM. This will retrace to 26p and probably further!

They are not drilling yet so any assays are August at the earliest !

I am sure RP and Leni are out celebrating (on Company Expenses of course )

a nice top up for their pension pots. The accounts WSBN publish are so vague

who knows where the funds go! It is dilution at a price that shows RP does not see a

sharp rise in the SP anytime soon. The idea it was accepted as it was offered is

ridiculous. RP's first priority is to deliver for his shareholders. The only defense

would be they have no faith this years drilling programme will deliver the results

that confirm a commercial find, then they grabbed some cheap deal to keep

the lights on and salaries paid. If I had said after the last placing the next one

will be at 26p there would have been firewoks! It demonstates a serious lack

of progress, and they are deflecting that with the new silver prospect!

If there is no Holdings RNS showing the new investor has kept the shares

you have to embrace that RP is selling you short for personal gain! IMHO!

Money in the Bank for RP and Lenigas salaries and expenses ! Dilution for shareholders !

Last Raises were £1.20 /30 Now after a year where they delivered nothing, took a 4

month break, the are raising at 26p ! RP has no interest in delivering for shareholders

just himself and his mates. I predict this new investor will flip the shares, aided by Lenigas

on a new X campaign to help them along! There will not be a Holding RNS and that

should be a warning sign to all IMHO!

So typical WSBN tweets can not be relied upon, the road is not well underway is it?

Today's RNS

A heritage survey has also been completed on the proposed new road from Nifty to Red Setter. The final report is due in 3-4 week's time.

They don't have the final report from the Heritage survey, today is the "proposed" Road, last week

the road construction was well underway! How can they build the road without the survey results!

Seriously these 2 communications do not add up, so the SP rose after the Tweet, yet none of

it was true! Treating shareholders like fools IMHO!

So no one wants to acknowledge that today's RNS contradicts their tweet on X last week ??

How many more times will WSBN mislead their shareholders? Judging by the denial

on here by those who were cheering the post last week, as long as they continue to

get away with blatant lies IMHO!

If anyone can be bothered, I suggest they do some research and see IF WSBN

have been granted permission for building the road, if so then when!

I would never trust sensitive information that is not delivred via a RNS!

Trustworthy CEO's do not use twitter/X to update their sharehiolders !

The issue that raises questions in today's RNS is the proposed acquistion and the £100k cash payment.

I wonder who got the £100K cash? A friend of RP? If the proposal goes ahead the payment is WSBN shares,

so someone gets £100K cash if the deal des not go ahead. No company pays for doing Due Dilligence prior

to an acquisition, this is IMHO a huge Red Flag. It makes no sense and that is why shareholders should be concerned!

So the Road is back on the agenda ! This RNS is a Red Herring to announce another placement.

The SP always has a sudden rise for no specific reason before a placing with WSBN.

As some have already said, if something has huge potential, why is it for sale? Furthermore,

if WSBN spend money to define if it is worth buying and then decide they want to purchase

then that is not a good position to bargain from? The situation does not make sense, and that

is why there is more to it IMHO! More Red Flags from RP & CO. I would bet money the next RNS

is a placing. If the road gets the go ahead they need funds to build it, they have said they have funds

for the drilling but NOT the road! What if they cannot build the road, then surely the costs go up

for 2026 plans? Never mind they will be looking for silver elsewhere ! Much caution needed here IMHO!

I admire your honesty, but I genuinly think WSBN will not exist in 5 years time.

IMHO you need to look at the Board, rather than a Gold explorer! RP is in his 70's

so his ambition here is for a retirement fund. Currently there is cash in the bank

so he has 2 choices! Spend it on a drilling programme that could fail or hold

back on drilling and secure a very good wage ( circa £300k a year tax free as he resides

in Dubai) The reality here is IMHO that RP makes the decisions without any thought of his

shareholders. I imagine all invested would throw all resources into a drilling campaign

in the hope of a Commercial find and a life changing result. But RP holds all of the cards

and that is the issue here. Will he be selfish and look after himself, I think the most likely

answer is yes!

If they start drilling in April the earliest you will get any results will be July/August!

There is nothing to support the SP so IMHO the drift will continue, could go under 10P

as traders will not tie up their funds when news is so far off.

I replied to you and said this would go down further, I predicted 30p.

Manifesto, I'm lucky to still be green (positive) on WSBN, but I'm not looking short term buddy, hence adding at 50p and 44.5p today.

Perhaps you should take more notice of my posts ! There will be no further results until July at the very earliest,

so it will be likely to drop much further, definitely under 20P. IMHO!

Here is what they said on December 8th 2025, so no they do not follow through with their

plans, you must know that by now! No double shifts happened, they did not drill through the

rainy season, and I very much doubt they will ever drill 25 more holes! But I do expect them

to do another raise and more dilution for exising holders !

An application for a new access road between the Nifty Copper Mine and the Red Setter Project has been applied for, with miscellaneous licence L45/872 now in process for grant early next year. A heritage survey of the new road has also been booked for the first week of April 2026. This new road once completed, is over flat ground between sand dunes and logistically far easier to navigate with heavy trucks. The new road will allow additional services for Wishbone, and better access to Nifty provides the potential availability of accommodation, fuel, water and the use of the Nifty all weather airport and scheduled flights for worker roster changes. This will change the way the Company has been operating and allow a far simpler exploration drilling program in 2026. Nifty is only 50km from Red Setter and will act as the new exploration camp providing considerable cost savings for a bigger 2026 drill program.

The point you failed to mention is that WSBN have held back results and that is not in the interests

of their shareholders. The major issue here is a lack of trust. How many times have WSBN promised

actions that have failed to materialise? Said they were funded then 3 weeks later did a placing!

Promised to work through the rainy season, double shifts, then stopped all drilling ! They said

last December they needed the road for their 2026 programme, now no mention of the road!

Nifty objected, but they did not report the outcome of the hearing over a week ago!

This is not your normal junior explorer, it burns cash at an alarming rate, and no one has a clue

what RP and Lenigas take out in wages and fees. To call it a lifestyle company seems pretty reasonable

to date!

Nothing posted on this board affects the SP ! The share is tanking on the back of the

RNS and an interview designed to mask the poor results they held back for months

that backfired! Poulden will now focus on himself and how much of the existing cash he

can extract in wages and expenses. Don't think it will all be thrown at a drilling campaign!

I think his options to raise are looking limited as there is nothing substantial to interest

a backer, and I doubt PI's want to see further dilution. IMHO there will be a RNS saying

they are delaying the 2026 program until they have a road ! Unless they get another placing away

I bet there will not be any drilling this year!

I think there was a 3 week period between WSBN saying they had funds into

2026 and the £4 Million placing RNS, so fair to say they misled their

shareholders! If you want to stand by your point you would have to

acknowledge the Financial controller does not have a clue what their

liabilities are from week to week!!

You must be new here. Check last years RNS's One said we are funded into 2026

so all on here accepted that as fact. Then a few weeks later a massive £4Million

placing... So sadly you cannot be sure they won't do the same again! That is

why the SP is where it is, trust is gone and the market has spoken! I fully

expect them to try another raise maybe spun to fund the road, but it is going

to be difficult to get anyone interested this time round! RP and Leni are a

toxic combination, some seriously good assays are needed to turn things round!

AIM is news driven. There is a very good reason that holders are selling here.

If WSBN set up in April and start drilling in May, then when would you expect the first assay

results to be released? Best case they go to the lab end of May, 12 weeks to process seems

reasonable, so you could be looking at August/September for further results ?

AIM investors move around for the next news stock, there is no need to be invested

here for the next few months to benefit from the next results RNS!
